Excellent hotel that is the closest to the Pierre Baudis Congress Center and a Metro stop right out the front door. Walking distance to Old Town Toulouse with all the magnificent charm and warmth that this delightful city has to offer. A very helpful staff that was always willing to answer questions about Toulouse and to call and make reservations. Magnificent breakfast. The rooms are spacious with normal bathrooms (by American standards).

I was a little a put off initially when asked, in the name of sustainability, how often I would like my room cleaned. When I responded every day I was met with some bemusement. I am paying for the stay and the amenities that come with it and shouldn't be made to feel that I'm destroying the planet because I want my bed made everyday. The rooms do not have luggage racks, but I never bothered to ask for one either (should be one in every room IMHO). These minor annoyances did not significantly detract from stay.

Stylish reception area as soon as you walk in, and a very friendly and attentive greeting from the Reception staff member. The Suite room we booked for one night was lovely - spacious, clean and a nice calm room to retreat to, after exploring beautiful Toulouse. A special thank you to a member of the Night Staff who was on duty the night of our stay. One of our family had taken ill during a night out, and we needed help to get him back into the hotel. I believe the staff member was called Aymeric? We just wanted to say thank you for your help, discretion and kindness that night - it was very much appreciated.

The breakfast was great, and there was several of the staff always ready to help me. The front desk staff was always there to either call a taxi or suggest or make restaurants reservations. Nice room and shower, although I'm not a fan of the bathroom being in what's called a separate "water closet".

The hotel is situated in a very nice location with the university and Japanese gardens next door close by. If you're looking for the center of town with lots of restaurant choices and lots of energy, this hotel is not for you.

air conditioning did not work properly and the property was very warm when trying to sleep at night. breakfast was not worth the price, and it took quite a long time which is not ideal for a work trip. breakfast is also served very limited hours during weekdays which could be problematic if trying to enjoy a holiday trip.

Poor signage about using elevator to the garage. Reception person told us where elevator was. But failed to mention we needed a 4 number code to use it. Also we had our dog with us and didn’t find out until we were in the room. He could not be left alone in there.

The place was spotless and in good shape. The shower had a bit too little water pressure, which is not great, but it was hot at any time of the day, so I'm happy with that already. The Internet was free and fast, and the breakfast was plentiful.

It's a bit pricey, but maybe for France, that's about the price you would expect for a clean room and the great services available.

The hotel is situated next to a metro stop, which makes it easily accessible from the train station. It is also just a few minutes away from the city centre. The room was of a more than decent size, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide choice of excellent, fresh products. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic and friendly reception staff on arrival. The room was spacious and had a view to the gardens next door. The bed was comfortable and large windows. Breakfast was really varied and something for everyone. Tip: there’s a Japanese restaurant (I know it’s France haha) at the front that’s very small with upstairs seating - their ramen is fantastic.

Hotel location was great, as it is walking distance to the city center, and very close to the airport shuttle. Ubers were also able to pick up and drop off fairly easily. It’s on an active street during the day, with a beautiful garden next door. Breakfast was included in my stay and had good options available
