I stay in these hotels quite often so I know what to expect. Reasonable size room, small but functional shower, comfy bed. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast is always the same but its very edible with lots of choice. Position of the hotel is perfect for the centre of Toulouse. Far enough out to be very quiet yet within walking distance of the centre. Parking was easy too and free. You could pay for their underground parking if there were no spaces left. Access to the room is by a code number which I really like.

Good location (15 min walk from the city centre), very helpful staff, and very comfortable beds! In a calm neighbourhood as well, we slept like babies. Also, free parking on their premises above ground, and paying parking if you want to park underground. I didn’t know so might be handy to know!

Nice place closed to city centre and metro station, reception 24h, good time for breakfast (5:30-10:00).

Only one big blanket for the bed, for two it's not enought. Limited offer for breakfast.

We liked this hotel. We stayed at a B&B hotel just outside La Rochelle, and the room was smaller. This room was bigger and more comfortable, and there were two extra pillows. Breakfast was good (about the same). Location of this hotel was excellent for us - convenient for the airport bus, and walkable to the city center.

I had a good surprise with the hotel! The room was comfortable, clean and silent (beds comfortable and good air conditioner). The location is beautiful (in front of the Midi channel) and it's possible to go walking to the center (~20min) and metro (~5min). The staff are symphatic and really nice, they speak good english and gave us nice infos! I enjoyed a lot the city and it's a very good worth-price stay!

Maybe the bathroom could have a better isolation between shower and floor (it wets a lot the floor) and I miss a small frigobar to put water or something to eat (besides one thing to warm water). Maybe with these things it would be a 10

The hotel is a 20 minute walk out of old town close to public parks. The free parking is pretty large considering the destination in the city center. Plenty of food options in walking distance.

The hotel is right beside the Canal du Midi, perfect for cyclists doing that route. Also walkable (30 minutes or so) to the beautiful centre of the city.

Friendly staff. Efficient check-in. I appreciated having the option to either park the car outside or pay for underground parking. Although not in the center, the center can be reached either by walking for 20-30 min or by taking the metro, which is 5-10 minutes away.

This is not a negative thing, I just want to mention that this is more a hotel to spend a night and do sightseeing rather than spend a lot of time in the room because the rooms are simple.

I liked a lot the system with door codes, no need to be afraid to lose the card. The personnel was very attentive and very polite.

It was a bit annoying that to get a hair dryer or an iron, a visitor needs to leave the documents at the reception, but it’s a minor. The location is a bit far from the historical center, but 20 minute walk and you are there, so it’s doable.

Nice Hotel, it was my second stay and totally fine for the price. Nice staff as well and very uncomplicated as it's open 24/7 and you can access your room with a code, not a key so you never have to worry about carrying unnecessary stuff around. Very good location, the Japanese garden is only a few walking minutes away and so is the metro station.
