The staff was very friendly and did anything in their power to make my stay as confortable as possible. The hotel was spotless and the room, bathroom and the kichinette spacious, with a ketter and coffee machine - though a very good coffee you could get for free at any time in the lobby as well. As the hotel was recently open, everything was new and still smelling as new😊. The location was perfect, very close to lots of interesting shops, market, bakery and cheese shop (fromagerie) - just at 5 minutes walk, also Carrefour very close by. The metro station St Cyprien is 200 meters away and you can have a very nice walk on the St Pierre bridge (with beautiful views over Garonne river and nice sunset) , which is 100 meters away...

Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable. Felt very safe. Good location, close to bridges and metro. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. The room is a bit smaller than you might think - the bed is a "Murphy" bed (a pull down bed) which converts to a sofa. So the photos make it look a bit bigger. Having said that - the room was plenty big for a single traveler.

Fire alarm went off on my last night. I didn't hear it. Slept right through an evacuation. The receptionist made a joke about "a deep sleeper". Thats not actually very funny - shouldn't there be a policy that means you account for everyone staying in the hotel in the event of a fire?

Excellent hotel choice and good locaction for our conference. Not in the middle of a relatively crowded historical centre but not far from it. The hotel suite was spatiaous and had everything necessary. Highly recommended.

The fact that the rooms are not serviced daily is fine with me but then guests need some basic tools/supplies to clean their room or bathroom themselves. Hot breakfast options were nice but repetitive and lukewarm rather than hot. The requirment to book breakfast at least previous night is an incovenience for me as sometimes I want to decide in the morning, but that is probably just me.

I absolutely loved my room! I love the fact that there's a full kitchen, and I was provided plates and glasses and a wine opener!! They provided pans and pots, and a toaster, and a cutting board.. just absolutely great! Just so wonderful to be somewhere so comfortable. I liked that I could unpack and my room was large and quiet. Loved the location, and how clean and inviting the lobby was.

I think my only suggestions would be to add salt and pepper into the pantry area. And a broom of some sort. I am totally fine with the no new towels or turning over the linens if you're not staying more than a week, but I think a broom and a couple extra rags would be nice so you can keep things clean.

The apartment is very comfortable with all of the facilities that you need - fridge, freezer,dishwasher and hob. The pots,pans etc looked new. The shared use of a washing machine is very useful and we used the oven on the ground floor to bake the croissants that we made on our baking course . The area is vibrant with restaurants only a short walk away and it is only a 2 minute walk to cross the bridge . Close to the metro and bus . Special mention to the night receptionist ( from Nuneaton originally ) who helped us work the oven and sample our baking !

Lovely large room. Plenty of storage space for all your stuff. Kitchen is small but has what you need. Fridge was larger than I was expecting, it's not undercounter but a 3/4 height. So great if you're wanting to make full meals and buy things from the markets for your stay. Bed was comfortable. Shower is large. USB and EU plugs by the bed. Curtains are good at blocking out the light. Easy to walk to everything. I didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that, I instead went to boulangerie round the corner. Aircon can be changed per room. There's an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe.

The communal washing machine: You must download an app, pay by credit card and finally we needed the help of the receptionist because it did not work. Coins would be much easier... We could not get the microwave working In the afternoon and evening there was only one person at the reception and people had to wait quite long for check in and other concerns

Great place to stay with children. Family rooms are spacious and the hotels offers amenities for children. They provide us with a baby KIT with all the necessary things for our little one. You can even borrow a baby cooking robot and kitchenware if needed. They also have books and board games. Staff were INCREDIBLY helpful all the time! A shout out to Gaspard who checked us in, and was always willing to help during our stay. We are definitely staying there again next time we visit the city.

The superb location, convenient parking, friendly staff, kitchen facilities, good towels and bedding, soundproofing, a speciality coffeeshop in the same building

Apparently someone with a dog was staying before us in our room, and both the carpet and the sofa were very “hairy” and not clean at all. It was not one big bed but two separate, united just with a sheet, and it was an issue for us (a baby is sometimes sleeping between parents). The mattresses were too hard for our spines.

The location was perfect right next to the bridge across from old town, easy 10 minute walk over the bridge to get to the center. Breakfast was rich, they had pancakes, eggs, croissants, juices etc. Coffee machine available throughout the day at the lobby. Very clean facilities and appartment very well equipped if you want to cook. Metro station, restaurants and supermarket all within 5-10 minute walk.

Only suggestions would be to add some vegetables at breakfast. Also my room did not have an oven but I didn't really need it.
