The room was large, comfortable and bright. It had an electric roller shutter which helps to manipulate the light stream. Kitchen was equipped with coffee machine, kettle, oven and refrigerator for preparing your meals. Very good location closed to breathtaking Garonne river

There was an extra fee for cleaning and heating and the shower had a curtain instead of a door.

The room - studio with balcony - was great and just what I needed. I was on a writing deadline. Super comfortable bed and great sheets - this matters a lot to me !.. The little kitchen was super handy as I had little spare time to eat out etc. Communal areas are a bit tired but no matter when one is tucked up inside. Location is great - two steps from the Garonne. I walked to what I needed - the short cut to Marche des Carmes is fantastic - but there is public transport. Charming and super helpful staff.

I was happy with everything.

The suite was bright, the kitchen, bathroom and bedding immaculate but the walls needed to be cleaned a bit better- there was some liquid splashed on one wall and the windows had some smear marks of either a dog or small child with greasy fingers from former guests. The table and chairs outside could have done with a quick dusting. But I can't complain because these were small details and overall the suite was great and the reception exceptional. My first rental on May 7 however was in a room that smelled strongly of cleaning liquid and the walls were dirty and in need of paint. The brown walls were a bit oppressive and showed up chips in the plaster in the corners. My impression was that housekeeping is good but that maintenance needs improving. The breakfast was great, the friendly reception adding to the appeal.

Hotel is 10-15 min walk from the center, where most shops cafes and restaurants are located. The facilities are comfortable, we got the 2 bedroom apartment and it has a kitchen, very convenient for coffee and tea. They offer a good breakfast option too. The staff was very friendly . Overall we had a good experience, my only complaint is they need a bigger hotel sign, it was a bit hard for us to find the entrance. They look after your luggage after check out if you need it, our flight was in the evening so we took advantage to visit on foot the city centre.

The room was surprisingly bigger than expected, and as a family of 4 (2 kids 12 & 14 yo) it was perfect; Sofa bed was already done; Location is great: no need really to take the subway or bus, its walking distance to the city center; We will come back to that same Hotel for sure; (they just need to refurbish the bed's head , and check the dishes if it is well done from previous guest as it tended to be not that clean, but it was ok, nothing major, we told at the reception, things will be done)

Spacious apartment with double bed in separate bedroom for adults and sofa bed in the living room for kids. The separate bedroom has access to the only shower room. Kitchen has everything for self catering. 5 mins walk from city centre and tram station. Windows open towards inner courtyard, so not much street noise.

No cleaning during our stay there for 1 week. We had to clean the kitchen ourselves otherwise we would be charged an extra fee.

the toilet seat too high (?), the shower was a bit weird (a bit awkward to get out of the shower, very little space between door and toilet, the shower drain not actually in the shower itself) but good pressure. The floor in the appartment was sticky. Would be good to have a couple of coffee capsules The breakfast was not worth the money

Fairly easy to find, about 12 mins walk from the metro station. Attractions in the city centre easily accessible by walking. Small supermarket reasonably handy.

Had trouble getting into the building when we first arrived as it is only accessible by entering a code to unlock door and nobody answered when we pressed the buzzer. Fortunately someone came along and let us in with themselves.

The apartment was clean and spacious, located in quiet residential neighbourhood. It is also free steps away from the center.

The curtains were transparent and everything in the apartment is visible outside, not enough privacy. Breakfast selection was decent, but it was a very limited amount of food not enough for everyone.

The rooms are very spacious, and have a fully equipped kitchenette with a small refrigerator. The room had a comfortable double bed, a big closet and a table that could serve as office or eating space. The bathroom was clean and functional.

The rooms could use some renovation (wall paint, moquette etc), but other than that they were pretty clean.
