Close to a metro station (Palace de justice), 24h reception, easy to check in and out, breakfast is good, bed comfortable, bathroom perfect.

Minor things: I like when I can open the window, and in this case I could only open it slightly (I understand that this is because of safety), I prefer expresso cafe maker, but anyways at the breakfast I could get good coffee. Regarding breakfast, some vegetable would be good, as well as lactose-free milk or some vegan milk (e.g. soja, rice)

I liked the location which is right close to my place of work. The ease of being able to cook and to prepare work while on location. The breakfast is good. I appreciate that there is a small broom and dust pan now.

I find that the studios are not always as clean as I would appreciate, especially the bathrooms. I also wish there was a platter to carry food to the table and most of the cupboards are out of my reach.

The location is a bit tricky and maybe needs additional clarifications for the guests, because the navigator bought us to the university campus, but kind people helped us to find the way. It was in a bright day, so it did not make a problem, but would probably be in the late evening/night. The room was clean and warm, despite of the ground floor. The personnel was friendly and helpful.

The location is great very close to the old part of Toulouse and also tram T1 and Metro Line B so getting around is not a problem. Fair comfy bed and useful little kitchen though I only used the microwave and fridge part.

Lack of AC in the rooms I was quite warm and having the window open with blind down not possible. Lack of included housekeeping on short stays and a high cost if you wanted to request it.

The location from the city center is 10 minutes by car. The room was new and clean, kitchen and kitchen appliances was handy if you like to spend time in kitchen. We stayed for a night and it was perfect. Parking is available on street, which is the only con side of the premises.

Parking is available on the road.

It was close to the central area - just a few minutes the Toulouse Stadium and Palais De Justice. The building is an embodiment of Toulouse's architectural tradition which values red and brown bricks.

The breakfast could have been better. The probably want to warn guests that the eggs are not cooked. I was expecting something better for breakfast.

The breakfast is good. Simple breakfast choices but makes a good and healthy breakfast. There were eggs to cook, several sorts of coffee, various salty and sweet options, nothing fancy but reasonable.

I didn't like that the shower wasn't clean and the floor hadn't been mopped. Some of the kitchen utensils were not clean and the microwave and the fridge had not been wiped down as there were traces of food.

The location was good and price for each night was very affordable. I really like that we had our own bathrooms in our rooms. It saved a lot of time for us in getting ready to go out and more privacy at night when sleeping.

There was a leak that appeared on the ceiling from upstairs but we told the staff and they would attend to it. Luckily this happened on our last night.

It was very clean, quiet and very close to the metro which made it easy to get around. There was a lot of construction going on on the main road but we didn't hear any noise. Aside from the main entrance, there is a gate leading to the main road which closes at 8 pm.

On street parking in the area is very hard to find. There is pay parking available at the aparthotel but we did not need to use it.

Great sized apartment and well equipped. Supermarkets and tram station nearby with a 10 mins walk to the main street of shops/restaurants.

Found it difficult to find the hotel since the signs were quite small and it is located within a student residence. We did arrive at night so think it would be easier to see in the day.
