Good location and space on the room. All clean and u have on the room electric oven, microwave, toaster, and cutlery dishes, nice place to spend some days on toulose

On my room dont have hot water, have shower on the cold to my is ok because i like but to anothers became to are one point.

The indoor and outdoor area was very clean. I enjoyed taking breakfast/ lunch outside . Place was very quiet. Good to relax. Manager was very kind and helpful. Cleaner/housekeeper was friendly and available when required and sorted out any problem quickly and effectively. It was not far from the train station, just 10 mins walk.

May be a packet of coffee or some tea bags to make a cup of coffee/ tea on arrival. Or some cold water/ drink in the fridge. It was very hot when I arrived with luggage. Needed to relax before going out for shopping.

The property was very nice I recommend it and specially the receptionist Mohamed was so nice and kind and gave me some tips about Toulouse. I’ll come back for sure

Poor Wi-Fi connection The check-in office is distal to the hotel room There is no phone in the room to communicate with the office for any service The distant check in office makes the return of my deposit very difficult

Is very good located, easy to head from the terminal.

There was a particular smell in the atmosphere, we know the clean Ning eso man did her job the the smell wasn’t pleasant

The spiral staircase to the bed and shower! I guess I didn't read about the apartment carefully enough before I booked. I have two new knees so it was a challenge!

- Proximity to city center and transportation. - weekend bazaar right on the street. - nice rooms.

- rooms need some light retouching in maintenance department. - no sound insulation.

it felt cosy and intimate

the kitchenette and bathroom are a bit dated, but not a big deal, the shower gel bottle provide from the accommodation was empty which I only realised when I was in the shower.
