Central hotel and big rooms

After the cleaning lady had cleaned, both the room and the entire hallway smelled extremely of sweat. Coffee capsules for the machine were only refilled on request, although this was stated in the room description including every day. Food was brought to my room with salmon instead of beef salad, it was still delicious but not as desired.

Comfortable beds. Staff friendly. Location perfect for visiting the city center. An easy walk from Matabiau train station.

Strange layout of the shower room and toilet; the toilet room was on one side of the bedroom with no wash basin, the shower room was on the other side of the room. One had to walk through the bedroom to wash your hands after using the toilet. The toilet paper dispenser was too far away to reach when sitting on the toilet.

Very helpful and friendly staff, who went out of their way to help us with the luggage under less than ideal conditions. The size and cleanliness of the room.

1. The ongoing construction; had we not been there on the weekend, they would have worked on the facade outside of our window, starting early in the morning. 2. We chose to skip the breakfast, because of the cost. Not too many cafes in the neighbrohood, though so we bought some croissants at Carrefour!

The location was ideal for our visit. The space was clean and well designed. The staff were all wonderful. I like the idea of the shared kitchenette, but...

The shared kitchenette would have worked better with snacks, glassware for use at the kitchenette, and paper bags with pencils for labeling. Even so, we happily made use of the shared refrigerator.

(King Bed for 2 people for 2 nights) Large room and large bathroom. Close to main train station (Toulouse Matibiau), only 6min walk. Air Conditioning. Stayed on 7th floor facing main street Pont Riquet. It was during Rugby World Cup, so streets very busy, but I didn't hear a thing. Quiet in hotel; neighbors on either side of us, we could not hear through walls. We could only hear their main door shut. Beds comfortable. Pillows were a B+. Iron and ironing board. Fridge and an electric kettle in room. Cozy robes and slippers. Easy check-in. Double headed shower.

Mattress (fitted) sheet was just a flat sheet, so it didn't stay on mattress as we slept. Everyday our bed would get made by housekeeping, and we were only there for 2 nights, so this was not a long-term distraction for us.

Location, valet service for the car. Real 4 stars

One of the rooms was not ready by check in time. Had to wait for approx. 1 hour more until we got the keys. I didn’t like the window from the room to the bathroom. I didnt feel comfortable that my kids could see me taking a shower. I was told by the reception on Saturday afternoon (around 4 pm) that I could not get the breakfast on Sunday as the brunch ( the only option) was fully booked. Not sure if it is a good example of customer service.

Very comfortable and spacious room, with a very nice fragrance, at the hotel top floor (8th floor). Large bed. Desk was very handy for my laptop and I could use the tv as a monitor. I liked the walk-in shower. A big plus if you need to work from your hotel room. Smiling and attentive staff, I would like to thank Yann. Nice hall with table soccer and free water. A complimentary bottle of water was also found in the fridge, a new one every day. On the whole very good value for money.

The area near the hotel has a significative presence of clochards and people alike. In the evening, when most guests arrive, valet service is bit slow and temporary parking may easily become insufficient. Perhaps only one valet at that particular time is not enough. I would suggest to offer a wider coffee pod choice, probably I could have asked for at the reception, but we are all too shy to ask. In many 5 star hotels there is a second room cleaning in the evening, here it was not the case. We did not try hotel breakfast, which is good not to put on weight, but honestly high price had a part in this decision. Guarantee deposit (600€ for 3 nights) at arrival was a bit penalizing for my credit card plafond.

The hotel enjoys a prime location, with nearly all the tourist attractions within walking distance. The room is tastefully decorated and well-equipped. One of the staff members, Luca, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He also had a cheerful demeanor, always ready with a smile. He provided us with valuable recommendations for must-visit places and excellent local restaurants to try.

During our stay, the elevator was out of service for a while, but fortunately, we didn't have to climb the stairs to reach our room. However, it's worth noting that our bedding was not very clean. The valet parking service was not very convenient. Each time you needed to use your own car, you had to contact the reception.

One of the most comfortable beds I slept in during my holiday in Spain. The location is across the road from the train station and there are lots of good eating places nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you're traveling by car, it was a challenge (and a couple of loops around the block) to find a park outside the hotel to unload our bags. A valet will move the car to the parking area and retrieve upon request. Not a big issue but we weren't aware of these arrangement beforehand.

The location was walking distance from the train and about a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. Great size suite with good facilities. The team were lovely and very helpful and the breakfast terrific. A great place to stay for couples or family.

Nothing. Everything was fabulous. They are redoing the facade but they start the work late so no interruptions.
