The room was small, but had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - right next to the train station (I had an early departure the next morning). But noise and traffic were not at all an issue. The room was quiet and tranquil with a view of the Canal du Midi. But above all, was my outstanding experience with the staff. I’d rolled my ankle previously while traveling, and they went out of their way to help me. They were so kind and helpful. I was really wowed and would absolutely stay there again due to their amazing service.

Nothing I didn’t like. Just know it’s a minimalist hotel.

The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the train station as well as a bus stop that goes to the airport. The room was very small, but it was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Although you could clearly hear doors opening and closing and people talking in the hall, during sleeping hours it was quiet while I was there. They provided shampoo and a hairdryer. Continental breakfast with good coffee was available for €8.

No coffee pot/ tea pot in the room. The TV was mounted very high on the wall so it was hard to watch from the low bed. The neighborhood wasn’t charming or nice but didn’t feel unsafe. There is no elevator and all the rooms are upstairs. Fortunately the front desk clerk carried my suitcase to the second floor.

Great location opposite the train station and the bus stop for the Airport Navette bus (€9.00 single) is literally outside the hotel. The staff were great, lovely little reception area. I stayed in room 37 on the top floor, no lift which wasn’t a problem for me as I was travelling light. Room had a lovely view of the Canal du midi which is 50 yards from the front door. Room was lovely and clean, good shower with toiletries , air con, flat screen TV, WiFi which was a bit messy but good once connected. Loads of bars and restaurants in the area which felt very safe despite the usual smattering of homeless/beggers. Staff were excellent, very courteous and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast at €8.50.

This is more a criticism of booking.com but as a level 3 genius customer I don’t understand how I paid €88.00 per night booked weeks in advance when the rack rate of the hotel is €57.00 a night??

I complimented one of the cleaning ladies I saw on having done good work and to have breakfast served to me rather than helping myself, which is what I have normally done in hotels, was a rare and unexpected pleasure for me, even though I only had it once: on Tuesday. The hotel's location just across the road more or less from the railway and bus stations in Toulouse is a massive plus factor.

The only thing I struggled with slightly was going upstairs as there is not lift in the property.

I mainly booked this hotel because it was just outside the main train station and fit into my budged. From the hotel you have to walk for a bit to reach the city center and most of the attractions, so you shouldn't mind walking. As I didn't mind it I thought it was a very good location. The room was small but very nice, it smelled good and was clean. I just ate breakfast once but it was good for the price (I was served fruits, yogurt, bread, orange juice, as well as coffee and a croissant) and in my opinion it was better (or more nutritious) than the usual petit-déjeuner you get in France. The staff was friendly and multilingual and I had a nice stay overall.

I had a wonderful stay in Toulouse. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to walk to many attractions. There are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and inquiries effortless. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. Overall, I would gladly choose to stay again if I visit Toulouse. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in a prime location.

Close to the railway station. The staff were very helpful. When checking in a staff member showed us a great 3 hour walk that seemed to cover what we wanted to see.

The room was small and a bit dark in one corner but was good for one night. Breakfast was a a bit hap hazard. We were given one basket that included cakes as well as 2 slices bread and 2 croissant. As we were leaving another couple were given a basket each.

A great location if arriving late at the station in Toulouse. Also, it's close to the city centre. The room was comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was very good and the person serving the breakfast and dealing with the checkout was very helpful regarding a short itinerary to follow on foot before heading to the airport. The hotel is a similar price to a budget, chain hotel but way more fun and authentic.

The location of this hotel is excellent if you travel by train, and it's a good place to spend a night or two. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was cosy. The room was cosy and bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

The room was quite small, and especially the bathroom. The shower was very small. There's no elevator which is not a problem with a small luggage but a good thing to note if you have more luggage with you.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful despite my poor French skills. I’m travelling on my own and the property was close to the train so good for an overnight stay. It was a short walk to the tourist centre. Bed & pillows were super comfortable. A fridge and kettle in the room would have made it easier to stay for more than a single night.
