I mainly booked this hotel because it was just outside the main train station and fit into my budged. From the hotel you have to walk for a bit to reach the city center and most of the attractions, so you shouldn't mind walking. As I didn't mind it I thought it was a very good location. The room was small but very nice, it smelled good and was clean. I just ate breakfast once but it was good for the price (I was served fruits, yogurt, bread, orange juice, as well as coffee and a croissant) and in my opinion it was better (or more nutritious) than the usual petit-déjeuner you get in France. The staff was friendly and multilingual and I had a nice stay overall.

I had a wonderful stay in Toulouse. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to walk to many attractions. There are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and inquiries effortless. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. Overall, I would gladly choose to stay again if I visit Toulouse. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in a prime location.

A great location if arriving late at the station in Toulouse. Also, it's close to the city centre. The room was comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was very good and the person serving the breakfast and dealing with the checkout was very helpful regarding a short itinerary to follow on foot before heading to the airport. The hotel is a similar price to a budget, chain hotel but way more fun and authentic.

The location of this hotel is excellent if you travel by train, and it's a good place to spend a night or two. The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was cosy. The room was cosy and bed comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

The room was quite small, and especially the bathroom. The shower was very small. There's no elevator which is not a problem with a small luggage but a good thing to note if you have more luggage with you.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful despite my poor French skills. I’m travelling on my own and the property was close to the train so good for an overnight stay. It was a short walk to the tourist centre. Bed & pillows were super comfortable. A fridge and kettle in the room would have made it easier to stay for more than a single night.

The hotel is right in front to the station, but at the same time only 10/15 minutes by foot to the Capitole and other sightseeings in the city centre. Metro A (red) is also near. Someone was always available at the reception (where you leave the key going out). The bed was comfortable, the size of the room adapted to sleep in only as I wanted to. The room was clean. Multi plug right next to the bed (3 plugs and 2 USBs).

Due to the size and position of shower and toilets, showering wets the floor around the WC. No elevator, but I arrived before check in time and they brought my luggage up.

Really pleased with this hotel which was far better than I was expecting. The staff were really lovely, the rooms were small but functional and comfortable. Bathrooms were small but also worked well. The breakfast was excellent - huge amounts of food for 8.50 euros. Located just over the road from the train station and about a ten minute walk to Place Wilson. This is where I'll stay in future when I come back to Toulouse.

Convenient location in downtown Toulouse to the train station, plus solid security (you must ring the doorbell to get in and leave the room key at the front desk before leaving the hotel). The AC was also great.

The shower space is tiny! It tightly fits an adult person, and your arm can hit the wall several times during the shower. The wifi and TV signal in my room were weak and sometimes disconnected.

Great location next to main train station, what you need and nothing you don’t for an overnight trip. Small but comfortable (as long as you don’t have too much luggage), staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great value.

We were happy with everything. There are comments about the showers - yes, small with a shower curtain but totally possible to keep from flooding the bathroom floor if you take care. Pressure and temperature were great.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. The room was simple and relatively small, but comfortable and very clean. It depends on what you're looking for in a stay, but for someone like me, who only wants a place to sleep comfortably while being out and about all day, this is perfect. Next to the train station, so great for early morning trains or a day trip to Carcassonne. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet. I slept very well. There is a little inner court where you can smoke/ vape without having to go into the street. Can't comment on the breakfast as I don't eat in the mornings, but the coffee was great and staff were willing to accommodate me for a 5 am coffee even (life savers 🙏). Neighbourhood may seem a bit sketchy at first, with a few strip clubs around, but it actually felt quite safe even at night.
