Ideal room for solo traveller or couple. Self catering, decently comfy bed, small but serviceable kitchen area and bathroom. Room kitted out decently; towels, toilet roll, shampoo, plates, cutlery, washing up things provided. Clean place, good comms from host and easy instructions for self check in. Also went out of their way to advise me that there was no public transport on 1st may, so appreciate that. Location extremely convenient for whole city centre, close to main station, metro and buses.

Only minor things... no hair dryer, no conditioner in bathroom, no coffee or tea bags provided. Nothing that would put me kff booking again

The room was bright and airy, with lots of space and a high ceiling. The radiators made the room quite warm which was fantastic in February. We liked being able to step out onto the balcony and we enjoyed having a view over the courtyard and the city. The elevator was adorable! The staff were also very helpful.

The bed was uncomfortably hard, as were the two pillows on the bed. The shutters didn't work on one of the balcony doors, making it difficult to block the morning sun. There stairwell had limited lighting which seemed dangerous; though on the last day we discovered there were lights, but the switches resemble the door ringers of the apartments.

Location excellent next to metro and bus 1 min walk away. The aeroport shuttle from airport just stops outside the accomodation. Just a 5 to 10 min walk to main area and then Capitole not far. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Was able to leave luggage at reception because had a late flight.

Would be nice to have a full length mirror in the living/bedroom are as one bathroom mirror is not enough for an apartment that 4 people share.

Very good spot in Toulouse. 1/2 mile walk to Victor Hugo Market, with many grocery stores around, and 1/2 mile walk to a great library. Airport shuttle is across the street. Main train station is 1/2 mile walk. I hope to stay again. I stayed 18 days and got food from Victor Hugo mainly, then would cook at home. Everything you need to make a nice meal is there. This helped make it more affordable.

The wifi could be spotty sometimes. I'd refresh the page and that would help.

Super great location. I took the shuttle from the airport and it dropped me within just 2 minute walk from the apartment. The train station is 10 minutes and the Metro is right out front. The apartment is right on a big people area with restaurants and bars everywhere but it was quite at night. Apartment had full kitchen and fridge.

There was no air conditioning and it was an older style apartment. I was there in may so no AC was needed. The location compensated for any negatives.

Older style apartment in a great location We had a room at the back of the property and it was extremely quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in process was easy with staff on duty at reception until 7pm Wonderful free laundry facility Buses and underground outside the door. 5 minutes to railway station and main bus terminal Be aware that access to upper floors is by stairs. No problem unless you have mobility issues Would stay here again

Suited us just fine for a couple & a friend in 2 apartments. It was very quiet, the apartments had everything we needed, and were within easy walking distance of most places (and with very close bus/metro links to everywhere else). It was cheaper for 3 of us to get an Uber to/from the airport, though this will change once the finish working on the Metro. The man on reception was very friendly & helpful.

The furniture is not brand sparkling new and you have to be careful not to slip in the bathroom, but it was good value for the price. It would have been nice if it hadn’t rained constantly while we were in Toulouse, but that’s not the fault of the residence!

Fantastic location close to Metro and bus as well as the train station. Everything was about a 10-15 minute walk. Unit was clean and modern inside but was very much in the old French style. Wooden stairs to my unit on 3rd floor but great security and free washer and dryer at facility.

I loved the place. Nothing not to like. Definitely recommend this place!

Location. You could walk to locations downtown or access public transportation very easily. The price was very reasonable. It was clean and had I had everything needed to be comfortable.

It was noisy at night. The compressor on the fridge was noisy and there was a lot of street noise from people who partied all night long for the 5 nights I was there. I wore ear plugs to dull the noise.

it was my second stay here, i liked it as first time. staff ok, elevator, self checkin and self checkout available, responsive staff, internet, room size. room on the back of the building, quiet and nice.

i got there in the hottest day 37 degrees, so i had to survive with the fan, as no AC in the building :) i knew and i was ok, but you must consider it
