I chose this hotel for it’s location and it did not disappoint. The two metro lines cross at Jean Jaurès métro station right outside the hotel. The Aero airport bus stops a few steps away. Most things to be visited in Toulouse are within walking distance, or a short ride by public transport. Next to pedestrian area, many places to eat and shop. My room was on the top floor, not much character in the decor but adequate. Not much of a view on the street as these rooms are recessed and widows higher than regular ones. Although it is a busy area, there was not a sound from the street with windows closed, none from the neighbouring rooms either. No minibar (the only negative point if I have to mention something), but kettle with some coffee and tea, and a bottle of water. For those who require privacy, bear in mind that the bathroom is semi-open onto the bedroom. Good communication with the hotel prior to arrival and post departure. Nothing negative to note. Would recommend to a friend.

First time to Toulouse. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the train station, and right on the edge of a large pedestrian zone, with boutique shops great restaurants and bars. We had some of the best meals in Toulouse. The hotel is really a business hotel, with not large but thoughtfully designed rooms and facilities. Shower was good with good water pressure and quick hot water. Staff were very nice.

Very corporate business feel to the hotel. Would skip the breakfast buffet which is expensive but an okay deal if you eat a lot. We were on the top floor(6th) which was constructed on top of the original building. Our room was very modern, and left me wondering what the original, higher ceiling rooms would be like on the lower floors.

Location is perfect, very near to a lot of nice restaurants, public transport options and shops are close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful and everything is clean, both in the hotel as in the room. A nice ambiance in the hotel and very quiet inside the room, even though its near a busy crossing.

The breakfast, although quite diverse, I found a bit expensive and the pastries/pancakes not fresh. The matrass had a dent in it, so not the most comfortable, but I still slept well.

The location is excellent. Center. Everything is nearby

The shower in the room is not comfortable. There is not a single shelf where you could put shampoo or shower gel. As a result, when I put the bottle on the floor, the shower head turned and a stream of water hit the door and some of the water flowed into the room. The second note is the door handle to the toilet. The handle is only from the outside. There is no handle from the inside and the door cannot be closed

Wonderful! Very modern and clean. Staff was lovely, location was great too. They also let us keep food in the fridge, which was so nice!

Our key cards continued to stop working a few times. Staff was always so nice to help us get in/ give us new cards though. The bathroom drain had a horrible smell and the bathroom door slid to shut either the toilet or shower so one was always exposed. It didn’t really matter but it was odd. The shower door didn’t contain all of the water when showering but that was fine too, all little things.

Great location close to everything; great staff.

The noise around the hotel; there is constant street partying until early morning, every day of the week, which makes resting a bit challenging. Not the fault of the hotel; just the proximity to pubs/bars that offer services until early morning, every single day.

The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the train station and the main shopping area with lots of restaurants. The woman at the front desk was so lovely and helpful, it was nice to have a friendly face greet us as soon as we arrived! The balcony in our room was so cute too!

Because there was a shower curtain, it meant a lot of water spilled all over the bathroom floor when using the shower, which made it very slippery!

Lovely hotel . Stuff were so nice .very secure inside the hotel . Our room was clean . Metro was so close to the hotel . Lots of cafe , restaurant nearby .

Its a bit crowded outside the hotel , traffic was heavy .The only put off was drunk homeless people were sitting close to the hotel with lots of dogs , mornings & nights arguing & shouting in 2 occasions . . My daughter was scared to be around the hotel .

Fabulous location in the centre of the city. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast selection was vast. Abundance of acceptable restaurants close by for evening meals.

This is not a hotel problem but a Toulouse city problem, wheelchair access on many streets and at many attractions is poor.

The excessive lints in the towels are intolerable. There are no bathroom shelves, like how am I supposed to put my soap, shampoo, etc. Lastly, the concept of transparent and without lock shower-room and wc needs to be mentioned. It’s uncomfortable if you’re not a couple.
