Clean and modern, everything we needed as a base to travel the city from.

The staff were quite rude and dismissive. Didn’t fully explain the €150 damage deposit and when we should get a refund for this.

Nice large room with a comfortable bed, small kitchenette (Nespresso machine, two hobs, a pot and pan, and a microwave) and big bathroom. Amazing location, right next to the train station and walking distance from the town centre. I also enjoyed the jacuzzi on the top floor! I had a really comfortable stay here.

There was a lot of cleaning equipment stored in the closet (mop, vacuum cleaner, and iron+board) which left little space for clothes. I guess these rooms are suited for longer stays, and they're set up so you can clean them yourself - they didn't come to clean my room throughout my five-night stay. The room was clean but I got the impression that some things weren't cleaned super thoroughly - there was an old capsule in my Nespresso machine and an old used towel was left on one of the bathroom shelves. Two of my colleagues had their kitchenettes locked, which was a bit strange. And in the checkout rules it says we have to throw out our own bin bags ':) So overall the place was great but more self-service than I expected.

Spacious room with comfortable bed and a lot of storage space. Good blackout curtains. Very quiet despite central location. Very near to the airport shuttle stop and the railway station. Basic cutlery and crockery available and large fridge meant I could easily prepare meals like breakfast. No disturbance from cleaners. 24 hour reception.

Large 'virtual' deposit paid on arrival. I speak French but those who don't might be confused by the card in the room suggesting the rubbish bins are in the car park on the first floor when they are in fact in a large room on the ground floor. Recycling possibilities also not clear. I asked and then used the bottle and paper bins located outside the front entrance that seem to be for the general public and would not be big enough to hold all hotel recycling.

Easy check-in, good location next to the train station. We were up on the 4th floor, so we didn't get affected by any road noise. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and worked well.

There is a group of homeless people that congregates about 100 metres from the entrance, which added an unwelcome sense of uncertainty for my partner. We also only realised after arrival that it's not a hotel in the sense that the sheets and towels are not changed at all during the stay. We were there for 4 nights, so this could have been a problem but we were fine. Otherwise fine.

I lived in a studio that was functionally furnished, planned and aesthetically pleasing, and it was superclean at arrival. The location of the hotel was very close to the trainstation, local busses, subway and airport shuttle, it was also on a walking distance to most places in central Toulouse. There were several supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. It was quiet and I slept well. The TV had a big screen (I think HighDef).

I stayed for 5 nights and they don't clean studios & appartments until 7 or 8 days. I wish they every 3 days could take the trash and change towels (but I agree 7 or 8 days is okay on long stays when it comes to changeing of bed linnens and cleaning floors and dust). It was not a problem for me, just a minor inconvenience.

the room I stayed in was just very well sorted out for me, very clean and double glazed which was very useful as Matabiau city train station is a busy corner of the city. I never heard a train though!! It's about a hundred meters away from the first main amenities and about 500m from the actual city centre of Capitol. There is a small convenient store/ supermarket 10 meters away from the entrance of the hotel. The staff at reception are just super nice and helpful. I can't fault any of them!

Unfortunately, the spa had some problems mid-August when I stayed so I feel I paid for a service I did not benefit from. I wish I were told about it before I headed up in my togs :(

Directly opposite Gare Matabiau (train station) , super convenient. Super clean and staff were very accommodating. Safe for solo female traveller. Mini supermarket right next to hotel, but not 24h. Easy 8min walk into town centre. 15-20min drive to Blagnac Airport!

It's an apartment hotel so I get that some amenities should come from us but I found it disappointing they couldn't provide a dental kit for those who were staying short term. Breakfast was very minimal but okay to start the day. When I first checked in, my room was amazing but the window could not be closed, so it was noisy as it overlooked the street. HOWEVER, the staff immediately gave me a new room on a higher floor which was very quiet. Thank you!

Well appointed room with kitchenette.

The breakfast . 16€ for continental spread and luke warm scrambled eggs. Lack of advance notice about road closures the day of arrival or advice for options. Plus the parking was full at the train station so I couldn’t even return my car early (not the fault of the property just further complicated the situation since I couldn’t reach their parking lot) forcing a drive to the airport and an expensive cab ride to the hotel.

This now makes my 4th stay. Large well equipped rooms with basic kitchen supplies and equipment so ideal for a few days. Walk out of the station, cross the canal and you are there. Perfect location for exploring Toulouse by foot. Good friendly pub 30 meters away. Boulangerie, supermarkets a few minutes walk away. It doesn't bother me but it's an apartment style hotel so the rooms are serviced each day.

The room was modern, clean, and well kitted out with kitchenette style facilities allowing us to the flexibility to eat in and prep food for the day - it's an easy walk into the centre, and the location is very convenient for the train station and metro.

The immediate location isn't particularly picturesque, and the view from our window wasn't great, but that's a minor problem considering all the positives the apartments provide.
