Great location right next to the train station. The most charming staff. Comfortable, clean enough —nothing exceptional but correct.

My room was very quiet which I really enjoyed. It was big enough to store my two suitcases and everything was clean. The location of the hotel is quite convenient if you need to take transportation from the central station Matabiau. It was easy to walk to the city center.

The selection of breakfast items was very limited. They only had one kind of cheese and one kind of meat - no vegetarian/vegan spread or any alternative. The staff we encountered in the beginning of our stay was exceptionally nice and welcoming. One staff member was a bit rude but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

The hotel is located opposite the main SNCF station, Gare Matabiau, in Toulouse. As we had an early train this suited us perfectly. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel met our expectations of it's online profile on booking.com.

Slightly better quality sheets would be of benefit to make for a more comfortable sleeping experience. Due to its central location it was noisy throughout the night. However the hotel has soundproofed the windows which helped to block out some of the noise.

Excellent location directly opposite Matabiau SNCF. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Pretty good breakfast, good coffee. The room was cosy, that is to say quite small, but comfortable enough and quiet as it faced the garden behind the hotel.

The bathroom really needs to be updated. The shower was over the bath with no screen or shower curtain, as a result water ended up all over the floor and adjacent sink. There was only one hook to hang towels on and no space to put washbags, etc.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough to please you. The breakfast was excellent. I had a late flight home, so they let me keep my luggage there on the day of my departure so I could explore the city unencumbered.

I wanted a bath, but there was a problem with the plug as it was letting water out. A staff member came up with a satisfactory temporary solution, and I am confident that they will have fixed the problem properly by now.

The hotel was 5 minutes walk from where I was working, so it was perfect. If I had had more time for leisure, I could have crossed the road and walked along the canal path. On Sunday morning, I had a couple of free hours and was within easy reach of the old town centre by foot. The welcome at this hotel was particularly friendly; they also went out of their way to receive a parcel for me prior to my arrival. They could not have been lovlier. Breakfast is pre-ordered, so you just sit down and there it is. The room was large and everything was spotless. I had a bath with a shower inside, so used both. Their walls are soundproofed, so you don't hear a chirp at night. Other guests were likewise spared my terrible snoring. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The hotel has a charming old-fashioned feel about it; nothing is stressful. I will definitely come back next year.

Better coffee and a toaster would make breakfast even better.

Very conveniently close to train and underground stations and airport shuttle bus station. Nice and clean room. Good breakfast and helpful staff especially, the receptionist Hanan.

The bath had a shower but had no curtain or guard so we had to manoeuvre the shower very carefully so as not to splash all over the bathroom.

It was very close to Matabiau Station which was essential. Room clean, shower water hot, comfy bed, staff friendly plus spoke English. Lift/elevator to upper floors. Easy to find on map and very short walk from airport shuttle bus.

Bit of a dodgy neighbourhood at night but the hotel has a lovely quiet garden area at the back if wanting to sit out! Really liked all about this hotel!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking available on site. Great location to walk into town, so lots to do and lots of restaurants, shops and bars within easy walking distance. Old fittings in the rooms, but they work efficiently and they are spotlessly clean. Good value for money.

Needs a shower curtain 😂 Slightly awkward to drive to, but that is more a comment again Toulouse's one way roads, not the hotel!
