Location is right at the city center and easily accessable to Metro, Tram and Bus stations. Room is clean and neat. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby.

The only problem was "No lift". If you come with a lot of suitcases, you have to carry it all the way to your room. I stayed in 3rd floor so ya. :). Since, it is old property I totally understand that there was no lift.

Stayed here for 6 nights, couldn't have asked for a better location, 5 mins (if you walk slowly) from the train station and airport shuttle stop. Short walk and you are in the centre of Toulouse, within easy reach of tourist attractions and great shopping. Towels changed daily, room clean, smallish as expected from a single room. Staff pleasant, breakfast on offer is good value for money. Bar next door, choice of restaurants in the same street. Two supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. I would definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending Les Ambassadeurs

A lift would have been nice but it's an old hotel, and the lack of a lift takes nothing away from it being a great place to stay

A very good hotel, situated ideally, close to Toulouse Railway Station in a fairly quiet road containing lots of good restaurants, shopping etc. The hotel was very clean, pleasant with helpful staff though a little on the pricey side. However this can be attributed to its convenient location and it is similar to more highly priced hotels in the same area. The hotel is obviously a renovated one in an older building, rooms are relatively small; there is no elevator, all things considered it is a practical, no-nonsense, comfortable establishment and I would easily recommend it for a short stay.

This is one of the best value hotels in Toulouse and is right next to the train station, so you'd be silly to expect luxury for that price. But the staff were friendly and welcoming, the place was clean, the breakfast (paid for) was good (and good value), the bed was comfy.

As I said, you can't expect luxury at such a low price, so yes, it is a little rough round the edges. But the important thing is cleanliness, comfort and friendly staff - and they have all that.

Hotel is located very nearby to the main train station and within walking distance to the city centre. We wanted to get the parking spot for one night and it was arranged without any issues. Staff was super friendly and super helpful, cannot complain on the facilities.

When you open the window there is a lot of noise, especially in the late night (area with pubs, snackbars nearby) and in the very early morning (street cleaning). That was the only disadvantage. Apart from that, all was ok.

Amazing location. It is near the train station and is around 5-15min walk to the main attractions. The reception is also 24 hrs.

It was clean and comfortable

No kettle or hairdryer in room saw sign on way out after our 3 night stay that you could ask to use an hairdryer but that info should be in your room not on a little notice near reception ! A notice near reception said You could pay for a hot drink making to take to your room! but up the stairs if you have walking difficulties not really good idea !

The lady at reception was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable in the property. The room was small and basic however it was perfect for one night. The hotel is located extremely close to the train station and quite close to the city centre. Will definitely return here if I'm ever in Toulouse again!

The walls are extremely thin and can hear other guests in their room. There is no elevator in the building, this may be difficult for other guests to access their room.

Helpful, friendly staff, who helped me get my heavy bag up and down the stairs. Good breakfast. Perfect location for the train station with easy access to the city centre too. Also, the shuttle bus from Blagnac stops nearby.

A lift would be really helpful. The area is a little bit ‘dodgy’, though I didn’t feel unsafe there.

It was a nice and friendly little hotel just next to the train station. We liked it very much. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and warm. We liked it. We spend some night in other places, and we learned to appreciate heating :D

The receptionist did not really spoke English, which created some funny situations. However we managed everything just great :)
