As I was using Toulouse as a base it was good that it was so near the station. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was spotless. Having a safe and a kettle was a bonus. Breakfast was fine altho only thin french loaf was available for bread and tea leaves were loose and I had to fill a paper tea bag which was a footer. The shower was great and spacious. There was a proper cupboard for clothes.

The bus station is at the far left end of the station when facing it. On the far right is Riquet stop for buses into centre. Not many places to eat around. The retaurant at the hotel was closed for most of the time I was there which was a pity as when it was open the food was very good. It didn't open at week-ends and only opened at 7pm. The other restaurant nearby also didn't open for food until 7pm

A small and centrally located hotel that is run by a great team of committed and professional staff, mostly young people. We spent three days here to organize a seminar and everything went picture perfect. Of course, there were technical hiccups which were tended to swiftly and efficiently. The hotel has a cover parking with two entrance gates to ensure safety of our cars. Parking space is large and airy. Our seminar participants were highly satisfied with their stay here as well as with staff, rooms, lunches and meeting facilities. There are plenty of toilets on the meeting floor which provide great convenience. The coffee break area has a nice natural light and there is a small patio for smoking. I can fully recommend this hotel both for holiday and for running meetings/workshops. Will definitely go back. Thank you for everything.

We got in Toulouse late and decided to spend the night close to train station. And it is only 4 min walk! So that was very helpful. Hotel is kind of a hidden gem. Door and building front are minimal so it was a surprise to walk in and see such a quaint place. Room was clean, good size and with electric shutter, dark and quiet. And then the breakfast was amazing! Don't forgo it and go out, it is very good!!

The only thing we didn't care for and it is no fault of the hotel was the roughness of the street the closer you get to the train station. Not bad. Just not toulouse finest area.

Mistake in booking.com regarding room description. It was written: with city view. In fact, the room has no city view. The only window is being opened to the corridor inside the atrium. As people was passing in the corridor, we could not leave the window open. As a result, no fresh air. If booking.com had given correct information, we would choose another room or hotel.

The hotel was perfectly situated, near railway station, as well as bus station (where buses go also to the airport). Room was nice and air condition worked well. Personnel was very kind.

This was the first time, that Booking reservation price did not hold, instead hotel billed around 20€ more, with no reason. Shampoo was ran out..but I got more when I asked for. Breakfast was not worth of 15€. The soundproofing was really bad.

Very convenient for the station which was a priority. Room was small, but clean with a good bathroom which looked newly refurbished. Comfortable enough for a 3 night stay. Staff were all lovely. Short distance to centre of town, restaurants etc. We didn’t dine here, but nice to have that option.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, although adequate: coffee and croissants were good. Don’t expect many cooked options.

It's a good location when someone is coming from the train station or having to go there, I chose mostly to keep my luggage there as I had an afternoon train the following day. I did not use it, but they do offer a "quick breakfast" formule with is cheap and simple. The room was correct, no natural light though, small window to the facing wall.

Well located near train station, very quiet with an extremely helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast buffet is good.

Room was a little disappointing initially, the window faced an interior room, the pillow was lumpy, shower controls a little hard to figure out. But these things didn’t matter that much and we wound up liking the room because it was so quiet and we needed the rest.

We really liked the look and the location, the parking was a bonus too. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was really clean and nice and warm and had comfortable beds. We will definitely go back.

Unfortunately we didn't have hot water for our shower but we were offered complimentary breakfast and just the fact that the staff were so nice about it made all the difference!

Breakfast was good. Location was great; close to train station, aéroport bus stop, and easily walkable to city. Staff were very helpful with luggage storage, directions, etc.

My husband who is 5ft 10in. Kept hitting his head on the low garreted ceilings. Shower door sweep could have been cleaned better (mouldy)
