Nice small hotel just a 10 minute walk from Capitole. Very quiet despite proximity to the centre. Room overlooked the courtyard, clean, modern and comfortable with a useful kitchen area and fridge. Reception staff very pleasant. Small supermarket close by and some late night shops for wine/snacks etc

Room a little smaller than expected from pictures on website. There is a €150 damage deposit blocked on your card at check in. Released on day I was leaving but still took 5 days for funds to be available to me again. Just something to be aware of. Probably in the small print but I didnt notice when booking

Good location, close to everything, supermarkets and many restaurants and cafes nearby. Good check-in experience. Friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious and had everything you needed for simple stay.

Breakfast was ok, but there were no fresh vegetables at all. The floor in the room and corridors is making noise when you walk. You need to keep the shower head in your hand while washing as the fixtures on the wall cannot hold it for having a comfortable shower. Generally, the place lacks character and feels not cozy. I could hear some faraway party/loud music on Friday night, it didn't bother me too much but can not be pleasant for sensitive people.

Grest self-contained room within walking distance of the train station and the city centre. Fantastic kitchen facilities with everything you would need for a long or short stay.

Everything was exactly as advertised and expected. Have stayed at an Odalys property before and once again was not disappointed.i will book with Odalys again. I chose this property for its close access to the traIn station, just a short delightful walk beside the canal, less than 10 mins. And also less than a 10 minute walk into the main shopping area/historic centre. Supermarkets close by and a variety of eating and drinking places. Very secure, very comfortable, kitchenette has all the basics needed, bedding comfortable and has outside blinds that make the room fully dark. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful. It was great for the price. Wonderful!

The hotel staff members were exceptional. They were always glad to grab us everything we needed, and there were a lot of us! Every time we left the hotel or returned to the hotel, they were quick to say "Bonjour!" They also allowed our team of 16 students to use the meeting room at their hotel on days that it was not booked out. They were a real blessing to our team. The location was also perfect. We were very close to the metro station that connects lines A and B, and there were tons of great restaurants right on our street. Our stay at Odalys hotel was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely go back!

Cleaning only occurred once per week during our 4 week stay, which was something new for us to get used to. We often had to ask for new rolls of toilet paper from the front desk because cleaning did not occur very often. However, like I said above, the front desk workers were always glad to grab things we needed, so it was not much of a burden!

Nice and clean hotel. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, so we got really good value for our money. We did not eat at the hotel, electing instead to get some bread and croissants from bakeries and grocery stores nearby for breakfast, and other restaurants for lunch and dinner.

I was mislead on the parking. When I booked the listing stated that parking was available at 12 euros per day, but the hotel indicated that there are very few spots available at that rate, and they are normally fully booked many months in advance. We had to pay 23 euros per day for parking, a few blocks away from the hotel. We had to wash the dishes before and after using them. There is a note that indicates that guests will be charged a cleaning fee if they do not clean their dishes, but it doesn't appear that the cleaning staff verifies the status of the dishes.

Property is in a great location to explore Toulouse. We stayed in a studio room for a couple of nights here. Room was clean, had what we needed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent continental with scrambled eggs and sausage, as the hot option. I was pleased to be able to make toast! It was a nice place as a base for me and my teenage daughter, as it was an easy walk into the central area for shopping and sightseeing. There are a lot of good places to eat close by too. Having a Spa at the end of the road where a large bottle of water cost 30 cents was a bonus!

Our breakfast was included in the room price. However, it was €16 per person, so expensive if not included.

The rooms were nice and clean. It equipped with the necessities for a short stay. The location is great, close proximity to city attraction.

There was a lost in communication between Booking.com as intermediary and the establishment. We requested one of the rooms with two single beds for our children. While Booking.com stated my request was approved, Odalys did not receive the request. The staff (Miss Morgan) was swiftly mitigated and resolved the situation by looking for another available room with sofa bed. Booking.com, please advise if we (as customers) are required to have a follow up communication with Odalys on our specific request.

The location was quite good. Walking distance from the train station and from the attractions of the city center, but away from the crowded and noisy streets. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is a Carrefour within 10 minutes' walking distance. A very handy and well-stocked kitchenette to let you treat yourself with a nice supper in the evening. The breakfast quite plentiful and with a good choice. The pancakes were tasty! Very nice and friendly staff, every one of them!

The double bed was in fact made of two single beds placed together and covered with a common bed sheet, but with no hooks to keep them from moving apart. Unawares, one may well fall in between. Also the mattress was a bit too soft. There was just one blanket for two sleepers, which leads to blanket wars in the night. The system of corridors is a bit cryptic and they make somewhat creepy impression.

everything went well. I found the property easily, the greeting on reception was warm, friendly and informative. My room was bright, airy and clean. I also had plenty of space

My toilet was extremely slow to refill. As it would be used just prior to bedtime this was not pleasant and was quite loud. The following morning I went to breakfast & returned only to find out the cistern was still refilling. On checkout I mentioned it to reception to be told "We know" I did not find that acceptable as this would make the room unsuitable for more than one guest, I was also not too happy that no apology was offered
