The staff were amazing. They made the stay a delight. They enjoyed our attempts at French, found us excellent places to eat, suggested a day trip to their hometown which was outstanding and explained how easy navigating the transport system was. Never less than engaged and kind. Little home made breakfasts were a treat.

Although very clean and well cared for during our stay, the room and hotel itself was looking a little tired. I do think the aftermath of Covid and businesses struggling to catch up lingers. It’s not a chic place maybe, but it was certainly friendly. Few issues with shower, but immediately attended to with concern. I would certainly feel safe there if travelling as a female alone. It was in a wonderful location and Toulouse has much to offer. I’d stay there again

Staff is so attentive and helpful. Room is serene, comfortable and clean. But LOCATION is what we find to be perfect. So, we choose it each time we come to Toulouse.

There isn't anything I didn't like, but maybe would think you should know? No lift so need to be okay with luggage and stairs, no frig or coffee maker in room, but think it is a service you can request? And for us we were ok, but could bother others . . . sound carries from the street below and on a Friday/Saturday night, it can be lively! Could be issue for light sleeper. But none of those things would stop us from staying here, we like it that much!

We had to make emergency changes upon arrival to our onward travel arrangements. The receptionist, Clementine, was amazing. She spent two hours with us sorting out options even though it was late at night. She was empathetic, patient and kind. Because of the last-minute changes to our travel, we left early the following morning and forgot to pay. The hotel manager was understanding and helped us later in the day in making a late payment. We would unreservedly recommend the hotel to others. It is arty, comfortable and the service excellent.

This hotel is charming and the staff welcoming and helpful. Fantastic location in the heart of the city. 5 mins from the Métro station (Esquirrol) and a few minutes further gets you to the river (Pont Neuf). Buses use same tickets as the M and you can pay by tapping your bank card. In some cases bus route better than M so do investigate. My hotel room was attractively furnished and had a bath which I much prefer. The breakfast (which is brought to the room) was very good. The rooms are air-conditioned. In the summer it would probably be noisier in the area but with aircon no need to open your window. Toulouse must with be one of the most beautiful cities in France. Famous for its pink tones hence ‘la ville rose’. Sophisticated (a shopper’s paradise BTW) with plenty to see and do.

As a woman travelling alone ideally would have been good to have been able to eat at night in the hotel but to be fair there are plenty of cafés around the corner on a very attractive square.

The room was great, very comfortable and decent space. The hotel itself is very nice and staff were extremely helpful when our flight was changed. The location is outstanding - everything just an easy stroll away. A really nice touch was the mellow music playing in the room when we arrived - gave a feeling of luxury and care. We'll definitely stay again

Only thing to be aware of is that there is no lift, so heavy luggage could be a struggle.

Location couldn't be better, right in the middle of beautiful "old town" shopping streets but only 5 minutes walk to Capitole. Place Saint Georges is right next to the hotel and has some good bars for a drink in the evening. Overall I felt very safe in this neighbourhood. Toulouse in general is a really walkable city, so everything was within easy reach. We came by car and found parking easy, the streets are a bit mad but that's to be expected in cities regardless. We found the Parking Saint Georges was the best for us, a bit of a quieter area and only a couple of minute's walk to the hotel, it was €30 for 24 hours. The room was good, nothing to complain about, very cute and quaint. Loved that there were only 12 rooms in the hotel, felt very homey. The staff were really lovely, always happy to help. Would recommend, we'll be back!

No lift, not an issue for us at all but good to know for others.

The staff were amazing and super helpful both for advice and for keeping our bags due to a late flight. The location is brilliant right in the middle of loads of shops and restaurants. Room's were clean and there's a good interesting vibe to the place (lots of 'art' references!)

There's no place to 'hang out' - ie a lounge, waiting area, or bar - which was a shame as it'd be nice to have somewhere other than your room to take a moment from wandering the streets of Toulouse in the heat and cool down!

This is a gem of a small hotel. It couldn't be more central with a wide variety of restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walking distance. The staff are incredible. They all spoke perfect English and couldn't have been more helpful. Amazing breakfasts were brought to our room each morning. Fresh fruit salads, orange juice, patisserie, and homemade yogurts and as much tea and coffee as we wanted.The decor is zany and fun.

Parking is available if prebooked. It's a bit tricky to find and involves a member of staff opening up the door/garage initially. The outside street is very narrow, which is charming but hard to navigate in a car.

Breakfast was very enjoyable.The location is right in the centre of Toulouse so excellent for walking round the city. The fact that the staff responded to our requests over some minor issues with the accommodation promptly and pleasantly. They were very helpful particularly Yoann and Lucile.

The original bathroom was small and the shower ineffective but our request to change rooms was responded to immediately.

Booked parking prior to staying but the space available was far too narrow due to there being a pillar when trying to park in the space and cars parked either side so no room to manoeuvre and I only have a small car, however the friendly staff member gave me directions to the car park which was only a few minutes walk from hotel
