The hotel is located in the city center, close to shopping streets, restaurants, riverwalks, and many other highlights of the place. It's an old building, immersed in history, highlighting a local heritage, which gives a unique charm to a place. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds, and equipped with all amenities needed. The breakfast offered a wide selection of typical French pastries and some savory options. We were welcomed and served by extremely friendly and kind staff.

All TV programs (except BBC) were in French. I would recommend adding more international programs.

We didn't have breakfast or an evening meal the night before as the restaurant was closed.The spa was closed because it was a Monday when we arrived. Because the hotel is so well located we were a short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants, which meant that we had some enjoyment.

Our son and daughter in law booked this hotel as a Xmas treat for us.The main reason being that a Spa was in the hotel, but it was not open because it was Monday. Perhaps if the closure of the Spa on certain days was made clear when the hotel is booked, they would of booked days when it was open.

Location cannot be better for walking and exploring. Staff could not have be nicer. Sarah welcomed us, made us feel at home, gave us lots of good info on the city, walked us to our room, and she has the best positive attitude. Thomas was also really friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The room met all expectations and the bed was really comfortable. We loved that the windows can be opened for fresh air. But the star of the show is the breakfast that is included at no extra charge. We are still talking about it. If there was ever any doubt that we would stay here again, which there was not, the breakfast sealed the deal. It’s an all you can eat buffet in a really comfortable room with not too many people and servers to take coffee orders. They even have oat milk for the lattes and cappuccinos. It was the best breakfast of our European vacation by far. Pastries, fresh baked breads, homemade jams, smoked salmon, eggs and bacon, fresh fruits, seasonal vegetables, and so much more…

Staff went above and beyond to make our last-minute stay after a flight cancellation stress-free and pleasant. Front of house were so friendly. They had also arranged a travel cot for our room (without us having to ask) so we could put our one year old straight to sleep when we arrived, and offered us complimentary late check out. These little touches were really appreciated. The breakfast was expensive but delicious - the best cappuccino we had during our 2 weeks in France!

The suite was perfect, had all amenities. Big comfy beds, great showers. The food at Le Cenacle was great. As was breakfast in the room.

We got engaged at the hotel, and while they organised the room as requested (at a cost) my fiancée would have liked more recognition from the hotel staff. No one congratulated us.

Overall, very courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. The decor was nice. Cleanliness can be improved. Looking to dine at the restaurant when it receives its Michelin Star. It has a private car park and this is a Plus.

Housekeeping did not replace one of towels. Cleanliness can be improved.

Great location, easy walking distance to many shops and squares and restaurants

I’m sure they know but the shower in our small room did leak a lot. We had to put our shower towels on the floor after we had showers. No big deal for us as of course they replaced when making up the room.

Staff and bar staff were very friendly and helpful and service very good. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious. Location of hotel is close to sights and river.

As the restaurant was closed, we had food from the bar and we were disappointed in the meal. Was not up to the standard of the hotel.

The receptionists were lovely, they gave us good tips to have breakfast in town after offering the hotel breakfast and also where to go sight seeing. we were only 1 day in Toulouse, their private parking is amazing and the valet was friendly, we needed to go back and forth to the car the whole time and not once was anyone annoyed. We got a free upgrade for the room, the bed was amazing. 100% recommend

The hotel is in a nice location, walking distance to the center. The staff very polite and helpful. The room was very big and nice decorated. The fine dining restaurant inside the hotel is worth trying, very nice dishes.
