The social hub is a fantastic hotel to stay in and I would highly recommend it,everytime you pass through reception you are greeted with a warm welcome and no matter what the question they were always answered in a really helpful and friendly way,staff were brilliant.The room was spotless and cozy and the food delicious .Overall the hotel has amazing facilities,it is in a nice quiet street,2 minutes from the Japanese gardens and the airport bus dropped you 5 minutes from the hotel.The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the centre or the hotel offer bike hire. Already looking forward to staying again.

I had no idea about the existence of The Social Hub, which is present in multiple cities. The environment is vibrant and youthful, just like the entire staff. It’s a facility that offers a wide range of services—from laundry to a cinema, from a gym to a rooftop pool. The place is partly dedicated to students and partly to travelers, with separate accommodation areas for both. The breakfast was simply excellent, offering a great variety of options, including healthy choices. There’s a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout. I will definitely return!

The staff was very friendly and eager to help/answer our questions. The breakfast and location were also good. The rooftop with a pool was perfect for the summer season.

The illumination of the room was too dark. The color of the walls is dark blue so that increases this effect. I like the idea of dim illumination, but it should be also possible to have full clear illumination in the room. The draining system of the shower was not optimal, a less than 1-minute shower already creates a poodle that takes half an hour or more to be drained away. The cues for the billiard table were worn out and should be replaced.

The bed and the linen were excellent- we had a very good night’s sleep. The room was quiet too and the aircon gave just the right temperature. The towels were lovely and fluffy and a good size. Just a little odd having the wash basin in the bedroom and not the bathroom. The shower was very good. Location is good - not central but just a five minute walk from the metro station. Staff were very helpful Atmosphere in the hotel and in the bar were good.

Tumblers were provided for a tiny amount of coffee from the machine but I understand this is under review. The lighting in the room was dim but I’m told we missed the regulator to adjust.

The staff was great, really friendly and helpful. Beautiful common area and bedroom, a lot of available services like restaurant, laundry, gym, quiet places, rooftoop with a pool. Really easy to check in by yourself but there's always someone if needed. Great location near the metro station and airport shuttle. Sockets on the bed, perfect to charge the phone and other little things that the room offered. Loved the decoration, especially the colorful lifts :D The food was great both at dinner and at breakfast.

A little tricky to work the light switch at first but I got there. It isn't on and off, we press it and it changes the intensity of light until it goes out, which is a cool feature but it could be a bit brighter. The only complain that the person that went with me had was about the wifi but it was fine with me.

Transport: Incredibly easy access to both metro & airport shuttle bus (Compans-Cafferelli for both). Location: approx 25min walk to the centre (Place du Capitole) Beautiful Japanese garden right round the corner. Hotel: lots of open space (table tennis, piano, meeting rooms, open working spaces, billiards/pool table). Gym is very well equipped. Breakfast: very nice breakfast, mix between a continental and English/American (our stay there were sausages, hash browns, scrambled eggs, pancakes, salad, cheese/salamis, croissants, bread) Staff were very warm and welcoming, always with a smile on their face

Only thing that we didn't like was that at the bar a coffee is €6 which seemed steep. Otherwise prices where similar to other places in the area (ex. soda: €3.50/€4)

The property is very well located relative to the Pierre Baudis Convention Centre where I had to attend a Conference. Breakfast was sumptuous with good number of vegetarian varieties though one will appreciate a change among the cooked (hot) preparations in the breakfast. However for a few nights stay it was okay. The place had a lively ambience with different activities ongoing, despite the serene peaceful envronment. The proximity to the Japanese garden was also enjoyable.

The need to activate the elevator with a key for going down especially, did not make sense. If one has to use the key to go up, obviously only an authorised person would be coming down. The hangers were fixed onto the bar. This makes it little inconvenient to hang the clothes. Overall somewhat pricey for the facilities in the room.

very fancy place, i mainly booked it bc i needed accomodation for one night and wanted to have a swimming pool. the pool is not for swimming since it is shallow but very nice for cooling off in hot weather. i could also do my laundry for free. staff was very helpful. as for the vibe of the place: pretty corporate, hip feeling international people, everyone looked so fancy and rich, so if you just come as a "normal" hotel guest bc booking happens to offer a discount beware that you probably stand out. liked the place, but the topics and/people really not my thing.

basically just the other guests but i guess that is just the concept / bubble of this place. the hotel is comfortable, 30 minutes from Matabiau if xou want to walk

The staff, the lack of ability to know or look for information when needed. This place doesn't have a parking spot nor any agreement with the parking lots on the area to make it interesting for those who own a car. Everything is made so you have the least need to talk to anyone. None of the staff we ran into knew anything about, parking, schedules, recommendations, nor even services available like food. It was very very frustrating talking with them. None had the customer service will, not at all welcoming nor friendly. It felt like a nice hotel runned by zombies. Can't think of a better word sorry.

The room rates are very cheap and for the right traveller this is a great place. It’s still about a 15-20 min walk to the heart of Toulouse.

There’s definitely a target market and very young clientele and staff this property is designed for. I really didn’t like the self check in or self check out but I guess that’s them lowering costs to an extent. Unfortunately the ground floor rooms have too much noise from outside also. Breakfast seems to have too many sweets and the eggs were not great at all. The vanity for the bathroom is also located in the room not the bathroom which is weird if you’re as a couple - for solo travellers it’s fine
