the location was great as its near the clinque union so close by for the early start the next morning. check out was 11am so i was able to wait in the room instead of at the hospital (for my husband) bed was super comfortable bathroom very clean great breakfast in the morning note we stayed on a sunday night but the restaurant was closed as well as the next door vietnamese reastaurant so only close by was mc donalds or burger king

couldnt get the coffee machine nespresso to work correctly but made a cup of tea instead

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was large and very comfortable. Location was good as just off the motorway. Nice to have a kettle and drinks. Directly across the road is a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant great food and staff.

Disappointed that on a Friday night the restaurant wasn't open. We asked receptionist if she knew any local restaurants and she pointed to McDonalds! Asked if the bar would be open she said yes only to find it wasn't! We didn't get offered breakfast so overall poor staff information.

Exceptional staff on reception who found us a groundfloor room as we both have temporary back problems, able to park outside the door to help with overnight luggage carrying. Very helpful information about local places to eat. There was also a drinks machine in reception which was a good facility after a long drive. Room was not 'over-deodorised' just smelt clean and fresh, easy wifi connection, quiet and easy to find from autoroute.

All fine, no complaints apart from very 'unforgiving' pillows!

The bedrooms were spotless. Nice, quiet area. I booked last minute and the hotel were very accomodating and welcoming

It is far from the city but there are buses reguarly.

Reception friendly and spoke good English. Car park close to room. Clean and comfortable.

Stairways could do with updating and better signage to room numbers.

the receptionist was the highlight of our visit. She was very helpful, professional, and at the same time very friendly. She was a very good representative for Campanile.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were well maintained, with quality finishings. There was even a kettle with tea and coffee, pleasantly surprised by the value for money.

We had staff walk into our room without knocking at 9am (checkout at 12).

Great hotel, lovely, helpful staff. Very central location with good amenities on sight and nearby. Will definitely use again.

Really lovely comfortable beds. The room smelt really fresh and clean. The room was fairly compact but all we needed for a quick stop.

The staff was friendly and smiling. Parking could be locked. Just needed a place to rest and the beds were very good. There was a bathtub and it was very relaxing
