The breakfast was good, the hotel staff was friendly. The A/C in the room worked properly and the sound isolation was great. Very comfortable bed with nice lining.

The shower hose was apparently rusty, and water was spraying everywhere—from the shower head and from below—through the hose, making it difficult to take a shower.

The staff were super friendly and professional. They kindly let us check in early and kept our bags after checking out. The rooms were perfect - comfortable, clean and quiet.

The location at the top of a hill is hard for walking but we knew that when we were booking so it wasn't too bad. It's right next to a metro stop so that's excellent!

Loved the swimming pool, it was small but clean with cool refreshing water temperature. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and they swiftly moved us to another room. The beds were very comfortable. The metro was right beside the hotel and was very straightforward to use.

The rooms were dated and the bathroom was a bit dirty.

Great Location next to train that in8 mins takes you into the centre of Toulouse. Helpful staff and fine continental breakfast.

Slightly annoyed by the large box cuboard, under the bahroom sink, which sticks out and I had to avoid hitting when exiting the shower.

Great location. Right next to Jolimont metro station which was only one stop to Toulouse main train station. Although not overly smart rooms it had everything we needed plus a kitchen of a fridge, toaster kettle etc. Really convenient. Highly recommended

The studios are well equipped, with a functional kitchen. The swimming pool is small, but nice and clean. The position is good, attached to the metro station which takes 10 minutes to town center. The area is relatively quite.

The location was a few stops out of the centre on the Metro and located very close to the Metro station which is very convenient. There is less street noise than centre of town would have, the building is next to a main road but this was not too busy and the room was on fifth floor which was quieter. It is easy to walk down the hill to the centre of town.

I hoped the swimming pool would be open but it had just closed for the end of the season. The breakfast room is quite small and it was quite awkward to find everything alongside everyone else in the room. The sun was shining and the glass made the dining room very warm in the morning, one of the staff members remembered to put the shade down almost at the end of breakfast so the room was already too warm, but if the shade had been put in place earlier it would have been more pleasant.

Convenient location - not far from the railway station. Room is clean, the bed linen was white and clean.

We stayed in this apartment in winter. It was a little chilly but we were not able to add more heating.

Overall everything was very good. Nothing negative to be honest. There was some renovations happening during our stay but that's not really negative or anything like that, some smell of paint in the Halls of the floor but it's normal during renovations! It's usually a good sign so, nothing can be pointed out as negative in our stay.

The air con in our room wasn't working properly on the first night. We told them about it the next day and we were given another room straight away.
