Loved the swimming pool, it was small but clean with cool refreshing water temperature. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and they swiftly moved us to another room. The beds were very comfortable. The metro was right beside the hotel and was very straightforward to use.

The rooms were dated and the bathroom was a bit dirty.

Great Location next to train that in8 mins takes you into the centre of Toulouse. Helpful staff and fine continental breakfast.

Slightly annoyed by the large box cuboard, under the bahroom sink, which sticks out and I had to avoid hitting when exiting the shower.

The location was a few stops out of the centre on the Metro and located very close to the Metro station which is very convenient. There is less street noise than centre of town would have, the building is next to a main road but this was not too busy and the room was on fifth floor which was quieter. It is easy to walk down the hill to the centre of town.

I hoped the swimming pool would be open but it had just closed for the end of the season. The breakfast room is quite small and it was quite awkward to find everything alongside everyone else in the room. The sun was shining and the glass made the dining room very warm in the morning, one of the staff members remembered to put the shade down almost at the end of breakfast so the room was already too warm, but if the shade had been put in place earlier it would have been more pleasant.

Great location. Right next to Jolimont metro station which was only one stop to Toulouse main train station. Although not overly smart rooms it had everything we needed plus a kitchen of a fridge, toaster kettle etc. Really convenient. Highly recommended

Nothing, it was really good value.

The hotel is perfectly situated close to the city center, right next to the metro station, clean, comfortable. A well-equipped kitchenette - stove, microwave, pots, plates, cutlery, even a bowl for making salads. The bathroom even has a heater for greater comfort. In the room large wardrobe with shelves, a breakfast table and a laptop desk. Perfect.

The nights in June 2022 were very cold even after switching off the climatisation which was set to strong cooling. I asked hostesses in the reception for the heather for two days. I received it on the third day. I waited too long.

The studios are well equipped, with a functional kitchen. The swimming pool is small, but nice and clean. The position is good, attached to the metro station which takes 10 minutes to town center. The area is relatively quite.

Excellent location beside metro station, one stop from the mainline station. Pool is a big plus and rooms are clean and well equipped for basic self catering. Staff are very pleasant, attentive and helpful. Toulouse's metro system is small and uncomplicated, so no problem getting in and out of city centre.

Although clean, rooms are a little tired and in need of updating. Our room had a disabled access toilet and shower. While all other rooms on our floor had new shower cubicles installed during our stay, ours did not. Small details - bin in bathroom had no lid, we had to dispose of our own rubbish, room not cleaned daily/bed not made - perhaps because it is an apart-hotel? Secure access to pool needs improvement. Glad of air conditioning during heatwave (42 degrees in Toulouse) but the system in our room broke down on our final night. Opening the window did not solve the problem - quite the opposite, in fact. Having said that, the advantages mentioned above outweigh these grumbles.

Convenient location - not far from the railway station. Room is clean, the bed linen was white and clean.

We stayed in this apartment in winter. It was a little chilly but we were not able to add more heating.

Overall everything was very good. Nothing negative to be honest. There was some renovations happening during our stay but that's not really negative or anything like that, some smell of paint in the Halls of the floor but it's normal during renovations! It's usually a good sign so, nothing can be pointed out as negative in our stay.

The owner was one of the most friendlier host I ever met. This location was our first step on out way on the Camino de Santiago. They helps us get our bycicles and stored them before we came, found a parking space for our car. The apartment was very clean and nice and the beds were great! We'll defenitely come again.
