The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome. The hotel is beautifully decorated and easy to move around. The restaurant is lovely. The rooms were comfortable. They had tea/coffee making facilities and a TV. It is 7-10 minutes taxi ride from the airport, and an easy bus ride into the centre of Toulouse. (Bus stop was right outside the hotel).

We arrived on a Saturday evening and explored the town for dinner. We didn't realise that the restaurant or room service was not open on a Sunday. This we disappointing. The spa, whilst lovely and peaceful, was tiny and limited and quite over priced compared to other spas and their facilities. Had there been more than just the two of us it would have been very awkward.

Breakfast good but started clearing it away 15 minutes before breakfast closed which is not great . Ran out of sausages for the Tuesday morning and the scrambled egg was hard that morning. Monday was perfect.

The service in the bar was awful. Guy running it didn’t care. No ice everything a problem and so slow. On the Monday night the hotel missed out on sales as he disappeared completely for 20 minutes! Drinks he served were warm. Glass of Prosecco was warm as none chilled!! That’s poor.

I like the location, lots of places to eat around. Easy to drive from the hotel. The parking place is free and behind the gate. Good breakfast, lovely service and people. The rooms were good size, well sound proof and the bed was comfy.

I felt that the bath was dirty but it was dented. Overall cleaning services were provided every day and were nice and clean.

Everything was perfect ! The place is big, with free parking and a great swimming pool, amongst others. The room was very big with great AC. The breakfast was delicious. Big thanks to the wonderful staff. We had a car so the location for us was perfect, in less than 10 we were in Toulouse. Would not hesitate to go back again :-)

We stayed at the start of our holiday for two nights, then went on a boat tour for 4 nights, then came back to this hotel for the final night. The review is the same as the first.

In the second room the telephone was not working properly, they got an engineer out to look at it, it wasn't a problem. Very helpful staff, couldn't have done more to help.

Big room, with nice size bath room and it had great water pressure. It had a nice closet to hang clothes, but also had quality wood drawers and storage underneath. The front desk was always occupied with ample staff and quick to assist with my needs. The bar was big and a bartender who was top notch. The restaurant was big and well decorated. The breakfast had a lot of good options, evening dining was very special. I had some sea bass that will be in my memory for a long time. The veal and triming were picture perfect and very tasty. I hope you get the idea that I really enjoyed the stay, because I did. Paul B.

Locations is good, fair value for money, staff is very kind and helpfull. Room is comfortable and well soundproofed.

Breakfast is basic for 4 star. Same choice of dishes everyday, not a lot of options for vegetarians.

Very nice place, clean with good commodities. Air conditioning is efficient in the room, which is important during the summer. Breakfast was generous with some local products. Staff is pro, welcoming, super polite. Bravo and thanks!

Clean, quiet hotel, with parking. We only stayed overnight so didn't use all the facilities. Easy to get to off the ring road, but not so good for strolling into town. Breakfast was good.

The room was spacious, with a good desk and a small table with armchairs, both suited for working. The bed was comfortable, very good mattress. We could park the car free of charge inside the hotel courtyard.

WiFi was unsecurized. The balcony/terrace was not private but shared with aother rooms at the same level, so there was no intimacy while in the room. Minor maintenance was needed in the bathroom.
