The hotel is very new with a sleek feel - the reception is on the 8th floor in the rooftop bar. The branding is wonderful - colorful with concrete and auster elements. Beds are comfortable. Grand boutique vibe. Parking in the basement.

The elevators were very slow and didn't seem to work as the up/down buttons indicate, despite being brand new. This was really a pain because you had to use them to go everywhere. The staircase locks from the outside - I almost got stuck. Also - very difficult to coordinate an Uber or taxi because the address is on a ped street. Needs to be improved in the last stages of construction.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. The staff was so friendly and kind, we wanted a late check-in and they accepted us without any problem. It was our night escape after our wedding, they have prepared our room with kind gestures, and gifted us free drinks. Amazing hospitality !

There was no mini fridge nor a coffee machine in the room. Although there was a water dispenser in the corridor, I would like a coffee machine in the room

The location was great for Zenith concert hall. It was also right next door to Les Halles de la Cartoucherie, which offers great cafes and informal dining experience. There is a parking place under the hotel, which you can book for a small fee.

The reception is on the 8th floor, which was a bit strange and not very clear when you first arrive. But once we figured this out (and that the door pulled and not pushed to open!), all went well.

Lovely rooftop area, fresh sparkling water on tap, great location by the tram, nice area.

I spent 2 nights with breakfast both days. On day one the breakfast was good with fresh fruit and yoghurts available. On day two the fruit was past its best an inedible and no yoghurts were available. Also, the hot water tap in my floor (6) wasn’t working for tea.

Beautifully designed. The roof top (and cocktails) were fantastic Comfy bed. Staff were great.

The room was relatively smaller than expected, yet very comfortable. Small selection at breakfast, though tasty - although I believe a conference was happening the morning we stayed and so may have reflected on what was remaining at breakfast

We’ve only been there for 2 nights but the room was cozy and the bed comfortable. The best thing in my opinion was the water fountain and bottles you could use and refill whenever you need, just in front of you door. Being able to prepare hot, cold or sparkly water is just amazing !

Staffs were very accommodating, responsive and friendly. Facilities were clean, comfortable and excellent. I like that there’s a self serving drinks section in each floor (diverse options and the tea was great!)..breakfast was also very good. Very near to the airport. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff, hot & cold drinking water on every level, as well as soda water. The rooms were very comfortable and a good size. Convenient parking below and also a parking station nearby.

This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in for work that aligns with my values. Amazing

You need pistons on the bedroom doors. Next door’s banged so hard the picture in my room fell off the wall. The reception at the top of the building is not the best layout.
