Arrived late at night very tired after travelling from England (Air France lost my checked bag). Found street parking after one loop of the block, street is narrow and busy. All text/email communication was in French and i knew reception would be closed, luckily a very nice English female helped me access the building and get my key. Theres a tag on the keyring that looks like it maybe for the garage but its not. Repostioned car into parking lot after another driver opened the gate but found out in the morning its not free so parked on street for 2nd night. My bag arrived at reception the next day and i was surprised to see it sitting there unattended or secured. Appartment itself was very nice and i found a pizza restaurant in walking distance. Only a few places to eat and because its winter most are closed. Grocery store also nearby. Loved seeing the horses training in the morning.

I searched booking website for accommodation with free parking, Just to be clear street parking is free, the buildings secure garage is not free (need beeper from reception)

Had a three day conference in MEETT Toulouse, the housing is in a quiet neighborhood, within 10 minutes on foot to the tram station, to the supermarket, and to the nearest subway station, so it's a great location for us. The room is spacious including a kitchen with utencils, very convenient.

The breakfast was good but limited options, yet it's not really a negative point to mention concerning the overall positive experience of the stay. What's not convenient for me was that it only served from 7:30am, but I had to depart for the conference venue at 7:30 most of the days, so not really able to enjoy it.

I really enjoyed my stay in the room. It appeared to be newly renovated, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The small kitchen was quite useful, and the shower room, equipped with a heater, was a nice touch. The location is convenient, with a supermarket just 5 minutes away and the T1 and Metro stations within a 10-minute walk.

The door must be locked with a key. It doesn't automatically lock when closed.

Hotel location is very good with 5 minutes walk to a tram line and very easy access to highways to the airport and out of Toulouse. It is a nice quiet place where many students stay. It has a convenient self laundry and driers room, and you can also self check-in after hours. Car parking is avaliable fir a modest price underground, or you may find a free spot in the dead-end street behind the hotel. The breakfast is nice and friendly and for 9€ is an excellent value. 5 minutes away are a big farmacy and supermarket. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was super useful. She enthusiasticly helped us out calling to our car rental agency sorting a matter that neede a french speaker, and reccomending us where to go and where to eat in the city.

The residence was very handy for the event at the Hippodrome. There was secure parking on site and breakfast was reasonable and good. The accommodation was good value for money.

The arrival information was detailed but missed out the information on how toi enter the secure parking The bed was a double but quite small and pushed up against a wall

It is kind of apartment hotel. Many who live here are students but i is open to everybody. Good rooms with basic but practical furniture, a small kitchenette with the things necessary for not too advanced cooking and a good bathroom. It is modern with good standard. Everything was very clean when I arrived. The quarter i safe but very boring. 10 minutes walk to tram and metro. The staff is very friendly.

Cleaning and change of linen are not included in the price. They can be bought, but at a price I found a bit too high.

Great stay! I was there for 3 nights and it was perfect. Really close to supermarket. The room was equiped with kitchen and everything was so clean. About 10 minutes walk from the metro station, so really easy to access downtown from this place. Would recommend anytime !

Very well kept - I stayed here twice already and will come back. There are no restaurants nearby, so it is a bit of a walk. But it is possible to do some grocery shopping, about 5 minutes walk from the place.

Unfortunately, there is no aircon - so it gets quite hot in the summer. The provided fan is OK but does not go a long way in making the room cooler.

- gym needs cleaning and it should have at least paper towels and spray sanitizer to clean after the use of machines. At least 1 more toilet paper should be provided in the rooms.
