Very nice, clean, spacious room. Good air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Hotel backs onto rail line but no significant rail or traffic noise. Easy to find and to get to airport from. Has an outdoor swimming pool (about 15m?) which we didn't use, but nice enough.

On the outskirts of toulouse. Not a great area. My wife and I walked into the centre and it took about 30 mins, but we like walking. We didn't feel unsafe but the roads along the way are more residential, and a bit run down looking, so we were wary. We were in this hotel twice and would stay again.

Superb accomodation, just 5-7 min walk from Zenith concert hall (we mainly came here for the concert). Great green area, spacious, safe. Tram stop is 1 min away, metro is 10min walk or on 1 stop on a tram. The room had everything - fully equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed and the balcony with a gorgeous view on the Racecourse! It was actualy nice and quiet inspite of railway nearby, trams go very quiet and we didn't see any trains during the whole weekend. Highly recommended!

Absolutely everything except what I mention below.

Everything in kitchen area is at a level for tall people. Microwave oven too high, top cupboards too high, couldn't actually reach the dish drainer and bowls on top of wall cupboard. Although kitchen very well equipped (but a pair of scissors would be a welcome addition) there is no storage space left for dry food, used a shelf of the wardrobe.

Great location as we were seeing a concert and the stadium was a 5 minute walk. Staff extremely pleasant. Car parking was secure. Rooms exactly what we expected and more for what we paid. Would definitely stay again. x

The hotel is well situated in regards to public transport, trams, busses, the metro is near and the way there from the airport is also good. Our apartment was composed of two separate rooms, one with a bed and a TV, the other with a well-equipped kitchen, a sofa and another TV. Then there was separate bathroom and restroom. The apartment had A/C, good windows and excellent blinds. The bed was big. There are many small and even bigger shops around, McDonalds, local restaurants etc.

Overall, the apartment was well cleaned, but there were some spots that were neglected. Nothing major.

We had a lovely stay here for a couple of nights whilst travelling across France. The hotel staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and functional. The location was close to local shops, supermarkets and there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It was easy to get to the city centre for sightseeing and it is close to transport links. The hotel supplied an excellent breakfast and lovely pool. This was most welcome during a 40°C heat wave. Highly recommended.

Leaving!

Everything clean, secure parking, friendly staff, very comfortable bed and pillows and, despite the location, was very quiet. Fourth floor view of the hippodrome, trains, trams, buses and aircraft taking off or coming into land overhead was fascinating. Perfect location for us as our daughter lives nearby, but the tram stop was 100 metres away for going into the centre. Didn't try the breakfast as self-catered.

All good for a short stay no complaints.

I was allocated the room exactly as requested. Very appreciate it! Excellent value for money. Especially a nice swimming pool and free secured parking on-site. Easy access by car to everywhere: the airport, the highway and the city center.

Girl on reception spoke English and was lovely. She was the only staff who spoke with us Brekky next morning was worth adding. Happily accomm was out of Toulouse so didn’t have to drive through heavy traffic and it had secure parking

2nd bed a fold down couch but was still ok

I love everything about the the hotel 🏨 the location is really good for me and the staff's are wonderful 💯 and i will visit next year by the mercy of God 🙏💕💕💕
