The evening staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, the shower hot and plentiful. There was breakfast available but I did not choose to eat there. There was a pool which looked good but my stay was too short to make use of it.

There was a problem moderating the air temp, flow, and direction from the AC. I suspect the batteries in the remote needed changing, a very common problem, it seems. The screen faded in and out whenever I attempted a change. Also, it was a bit further from the airport than I had realised, and the "free shuttle" was not available supposedly because it was a public holiday. Booking.com did not supply this information. The shuttle was the reason I chose this accommodation. There were cheaper options available closer to the airport. Had I known I would need a taxi, I would have chosen one of them.

Comfortable apartment with small kitchen and parking for affordable price. Small fitness room, sauna and swimming pool was available for hotel guests for free. Breakfast (buffet bar) was perfect with quite a lot of options. Location might be for someone worse - I would say that it depends whats your main point for stay in Toulouse (and nearby)... we had planned to visit the Aeroscopia, so this hotel was perfect choice for us (but you have to count with the arriving planes, nevertheless they don't fly in the night, so I would be not so worry about it).

The studio was clean, comfortable and cozy with an equipped kitchen. There were nice gardens around and friendly staff.

We didn't like the fact that it's not so close to a bus stop or metro station and you need to take your car to go there. It would also be better to provide a table to be able to eat on the balcony. The 250 euros of deposit that they keep on hold in case you leave the kitchen dirty too much and not reasonable.

The staff was great and helpfull. The pool area was exellent. Room was bit worn but bed was great and ac made it nice and cool. Also the room was quiet, even the airplanes where flying just above.

Extra pay for parking and citytax was not included to booking. That would be better to include.

Very spacious rooms, lots of natural light, excellent for the price. The staff was super friendly. We had a great breakfast, parking inside the hotel was easy and with a fair price.

Although there was no smoking signs in the pool area, people were smoking and no staff was on sight to intervene.

there was dust in places that no one usually cleans. The boiler is too noisy, I mean I could hear how the water leaking all the time

Staff - beautiful and lovely staff....great sun terrace, very clean pool, apartment was amazing, super comfy beds, plump pillows, beautiful white bed linen, black out shutters, AC was a welcome treat, large balcony, great kitchen, big bathroom, large lounge.

Property was ok had everything you need for a break. Even your own cooking facilities in your own room.

There wasn’t much for me to complain about at all.

Fair stay, we took this hotel for a short stay on our way home. Took advantage to visit a bit Toulouse. Hotel was well connected to city.

After 37 degrees in Avignon with no air conditioning we wanted a place with a pool, air con and private parking. This place provided all three, and a really spacious room. It was ideal for our needs and affordable.
