The staff were very helpful and friendly. They allowed us to safely store our bikes in an unused conference room on the ground floor. The restaurant was a buffet style with plenty of hot and cold options and was open until 22.00 which was good as we didn’t arrive until late in the evening. The room was fine and comfortable.

Our small dog wasn’t allowed in the restaurant which meant we had to sit outside on a cold evening, although in retrospect we could have sat in the lobby area, which we did for breakfast. But my major complaint is there are no bike lock up areas in the car park. We were fortunate that the very helpful staff allowed us to use the conference room. Had the room been in use we would have had a big problem

The room was comfy and clean and the staff nice.

The room description in Booking included a double bed and a smaller bed and we were two and were hoping for two beds. If the description had included only a double bed, we would have requested two single beds before arrival and once we arrived none were available. Also, the front gate was closed at night and you had to request for it to be opened not only to go in but also to get out, which was a bit impractical. It would be best if guests had a code for the gate and did not have to wait for the staff to open and close it every time. It would have been cool if the room included a fridge.

Decent sized room with large, comfortable bed. Everything very clean - toilets in reception were like a 5 star hotel! All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant offered good value and nice food. Chef went out of his way to provide a gluten free breakfast. Despite being on a flight path, the rooms were incredibly quiet

A bit far from the tourist sites but easy access from the ring road. However, there's a bus stop round the corner which takes you to the centre in about 20 mins.

Front desk staff, at all times of day, were very helpful. There is convenient transit to downtown Toulouse, bus toute 45, for which the stop is less than 500 metres from the hotel. There is an incredible amount to see in the centre of Toulouse, even on a Monday in early April when we were there. The transit app, Tisséo, is very good for getting around the city. They have a very good breakfast -- great choices and well prepared. The property is easy to get to from the A64/A61. Given Toulouse is France's fourth largest city, I did not expect to find a convenient to both downtown and the highway.

Clean room and comfy beds, good bathroom with a small bath. Friendly and helpful staff. Seating area in reception. Good breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Location was great in terms of convenience for our purpose- a dance festival near by.

Our key cards needed frequently re- setting , almost every time ! Very annoying Small paper cups in the room. No re stock of milk etc Restaurant was closed all weekend and bar shut at 22:00 so no where to get a drink or snack. Next to a large carpark and shopping mall - so not pleasant surroundings for a general visit . But for our purpose it was good.

My only two real hotel criteria are that room be quiet and the bed comfortable. I requested and was given quiet room. King sized comfortable bed. Hotel is close to TLS, convenient parking, has what appears to be a decent restaurant - we did not eat there. Large mall walking distance. EV charging only works with Qovoltis app (which would not load on my recent model phone). Others nearby.

We stayed here for a very early flight from Toulouse airport. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and we were very happy with the staff. There was tea and coffee in the room. Everything worked perfectly. It was just what we needed. We left too early to be able to have breakfast, which was a shame as the breakfast looked very good.

The area is not for walking around, just a functional hotel.

Very easygoing commercial 2star hotel, with reasonable food, comfortable rooms and good access to the airport, walk to carrefour drive for car hire (don’t forget international driving permit post brexit). Really great front desk staff! For those liking Indian food, great restaurant 5 minutes walk away.

All is good and exceeding expectations

Very good position for my business exigencies, close to the airport. Staff was really kind and helpful despite I arrived quite late in the evening. Room was not big but comfortable and clean. Breakfast pretty good. Useful parking lot with plenty of space.

Cheap but has everything you need for a good night sleep. Even had a nice present for my kid :) Staff is kind, breakfast generous and rooms well equipped. Will surely stop there again.
