I only stayed for one night, but my experience at the hotel was absolutely brilliant. I still can’t believe it only has two stars, as it clearly deserves more. The check in process was more than pleasant. I was greeted by a lovely lady (whose name I’m sorry to say I didn’t catch), and later had the chance to chat with her in my very shaky French. She was wonderfully patient and more than happy to keep the conversation going, a real example of French hospitality at its best. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better, right across the road from the main train station and just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. My room was gorgeous: spacious, spotless, and full of charming little decorations. There’s also a beautiful garden where you can sit with a coffee and a book and just relax. All in all, top marks from me. If I ever make it back to Redon, and I hope I do, I’ll definitely stay at the Queen Serenity Hotel again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, you really made my first visit to Brittany extra special.

Really close to the station and a supermarket just 2 minutes away. Great breakfast and a great place to stay for a couple of days. The staff were also very friendly and wi-fi was good.

We went during a heatwave and the hotel has no aircon, there was a fan in the room which really helped though. If you're not used to France you might also find it odd that the toilet and bathroom are separate and the toilet has no sink. One thing which would be good to improve is the odour coming from the toilet.

Reasonable sized room with good shower. Shutter to window to give blackout. Tea and coffee provided. Boost heater in shower room fine for drying clothes. Good bike (velo) storage. Friendly staff. Good 11€ brekky. Quite area opposite le garre. Hotel floors served by a Lift. Hairdryer in room.

5pm check in. Hard floors and very easy to hear other guests-also setting up for breakfast. No ac or fan although my N facing room was fine.

The location was excellent, opposite the train station, but what made this hotel exceptional was its hosts, Lawrence & Richard. We were there for a pre-wedding gathering and we asked if we could bring our own food and drink to the back garden and use as a meeting point as our other guests arrived. We invited Richard & Lawrence to join us (they did on occasions) and hopefully we were not too noisy for the other hotel guests. We were there for 3 nights and had breakfast served in the typical French café style.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, with excellent facilities for cyclists. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of Redon close to all facilities and restaurants. Also close to the Vélodyssee long-distance cycle route the hotel has secure overnight storage for bicycles. The hotel is an ideal stopover for cyclists and highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike.

Great location, staff at front desk very friendly and so helpful. Basic hotel but has all you need and good value for money. Clean.

Pillows could be better.

A very pleasant hotel. Lovely lady at reception. A good-sized room, light and airy and spotless. Comfy beds. We appreciated the safe lock up for our bikes and the lovely outside space for our room picnic!

Nothing, really nice place to stay.

Location. Secure bike facilities. Good breakfast - self service. Bathroom and bedroom both great facilities. Surprisingly quiet given it is opposite station. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Room a little small, but not really an issue for one night.

For me, with the need for an open window, the room was very noisy especially as a cyclist who needs lots of sleep - car and trains (despite being assured they disappear early evening). Specifically ASK for a rear room when booking i’d suggest. Otherwise a lovely hotel.
