The hosts were super friendly and helpful. We came on a Sunday night, they helped us order some food, made us feel at home. The open bar on the 2nd floor where you just leave a note on a pad about the drinks and snacks that you take was a nice touch.

The breakfast was really limited. For the eggs option, we only found boiled eggs in the small fridge. When leaving the buffet we saw a gentleman eating an omelette. We weren't sure was it an additional option or we could order it. Anyway, it wasn't clear. There was no hot food, only pastries, some cheese and ham, yoghurts and cereals.

It felt like staying in a villa in Provence with the conveniences of a hotel. 10 minute walk to the Pont du Gard. Quiet and natural area. The pool was great, front desk and breakfast service wonderful! I want the three chocolate chip cookie recipe 😊

If you are looking to be further from town this hotel works well as it is close to the village of Remoulins. A bit far to walk but by car only minutes where you have a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants. I would have liked having more walkable.

We arrived late afternoon on a Sunday but before our arrival the owner had called us via my mobile to tell us that the hotel restaurant was closed that day but he could book us a table at a nearby place to save us hunting around. Now that is service plus the place booked overlooked the famous bridge. The owner and staff couldn't do enough to make us welcome. Breakfast was the normal continental affair but always fresh. The room was spacious and well cared for with a good bathroom with a walk-in shower. The pool was a welcome distraction, clean and warm. Car parking was easy.

It's a shame that although we stayed 2 nights (Sunday and Monday) that the hotel dining room was closed on both occasions.

Family run by personable and kind owners dedicated to providing a lovely stay. Location is 10 min walk to Pont du Gard, breakfast and dinner on site are both very good. Beds are comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean, new and updated. Free parking and a nice pool as well.

There wasnt much of anything to not like. For light sleepers just be aware the floors creak a bit so you can hear other guests moving about but we were not bothered by this.

Many things to like. Breakfast buffet was good, staff were friendly and accommodating.

Dinner *organisation* on the Terrace was really poor. They need some professional training on how 'front of house' should operate: who takes responsibility for what. It would actually make life better for everyone. Meals themselves were 'good', but not yet 'excellent'.

Location is great, with a short driving distance to many nice towns, wineries and within walking distance from the Pont di Gard bridge and park and the Gardon river park. The room was spacious and very comfortable, quite and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (for example - the owner called us before the check in to help us find a place for dinner). The property has a nice authentic vibe.

There is no elevator to the 1st floor which may be a problem for some when carrying heavy luggage, but there are rooms at the ground floor and staff is ready to help. A mini bar in the room would have been a significant Improvement

The room was modern and spotless..Our host Guillaume was friendly and accommodating.. We were arriving late and he made sure we had the correct details to enter the hotel and room. The hotel is the closest to Pont du Gard, just a few minutes walk away. and saves having to pay for parking there. We were able to check out past the normal time no problem as we spent longer than anticipated at the bridge,you could spend hours at the site and along the river bu unfortunately we had to move on.. I am sure once the renovation is complete the hotel will be even better.

It felt rather strange being the only guests at the hotel, the positive being we had lots of attention..and I guess the season is coming to an end.

Guillaume, the owner was great. He arranged restaurant bookings for us when his was closed, nothing was too much trouble. Quickly sussed I like a cold beer when returning after a day out and my preferred seat. Him and all his staff were so friendly we extended our stay. The hotel is lovely, very clean, luxurious and in great condition. It's location is excellent, easy walk to pont du arc. Dead end road so no traffic noise, yet easy to get to. We're already planning our next visit.

Location perfect for visiting the region and nearby Pont du Gard. You can park for free in the hotel and walk 15 minutes to the bridge. The hotel was in superb condition, spotless room and bathroom. All amenities presented and functional. But most of all, the atmosphere draws you to stay longer. Restaurant above expectations. Simple check in and check out. Staff polite and friendly.

Good location, remote but close to Avignon. It's easy to reach everything if you travel by car. The room was clean, modern and spacious and the staff was very friendly.

There is no soundproofing in the rooms - you can hear everything from the room next door, even if the person just moves around. No fridge in the room
