We really enjoyed our three night stay at this establishment. It is well located in a quiet area near Roussillion. There is plenty of parking & a lovely swimming pool. Our room was a spacious bungalow, with a large bedroom, bathroom & secluded terrace. We had breakfast & dinner at the hotel & both were excellent value for money. The Hotel Les Ambres is well positioned for easy trips to the very best towns & villages of Provence. The owners are a delight, friendly, helpful & full of good advice for getting the best out of a stay in the area. Hotel Les Ambres is thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful property with a welcoming and warm owner/manager. The room was clean and comfortable and had all towels and blankets provided for. Small coffee maker in the room. The location to Rousillon is perfect to walk for dinner or to the Ecomusee d’Ocre (don’t miss this). Lovely petit dejeuner in the morning.

The pool wasn’t open 😢

Very nice and easy walk to town. The pool was very nice. Breakfast was simple but adequate. We stayed in what appeared to be part of the original complex. Was comfortable and there was a nice semi-private outdoor table and chairsThere is a newer structure with several of what appear to be larger rooms. The owners were friendly

Room smelled a bit musty but aired out after some time.

Staff was nice, we arrived half an hour after check-in time but they left the key in the room so we had no problem. Breakfast was nice, we could cook our own eggs.

The soil in this region is very sandy and the floor was mad of white tiles which got dirty very quickly. Personally I would prefer some red brick or darker stone floor. The pool was too cold, but that was because of bad weather. There is not much around the hotel so it is better to be by car. It was difficult to find a place to have dinner in May, because a shortage of seasonal workers. They said in the summer it should be better.

The hotel was very comfort, quiet and secure. The hosts were fantastic, ready to satisfy any needs or wants. We had dinner and food was sensational, didn’t have breakfast but it looked top notch as well. I highly recommend this hotel, the hosts, the food and the hotel was absolutely top class.

The accommodation felt like a resort surrounded by nature, and it was good to access Goughde and Hussrion The owner sent me the correct location, which was easy to catch by car, so I was able to catch without wandering and I spent my comfortable time there

Lovely staff, lovely grounds. The room was small and basic but just fine. Great location close to Roussillon.

The pool closes at 8pm! Way too early. Also my room had no way to actually make private because the two curtains to cover the window were sheer. It was a bit weird to get out if the shower and know someone could (unlikely) be out there watching me get dressed. Also that meant it got light in the room early as well.

Very peaceful area In the middle of nature with great facilities for a happy stay - close to a few of the Luberon villages E.g.Roussillon and breakfast excellent! We will return sometime

Convenient, especially for driving, with ample parking. Clean and comfortable.

It's really not close to anything: it is a short drive to Roussillon center, it is a short drive for food, it's a short drive for anything. So if you have a car, and can handle short drives: great. If you want to be in the middle of the action, not as good.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The room was ok, simple and small, but clean. The breaksfast was good also.

There was limitted time for the check inn.
