Stayed at this boutique ski hotel just before the pandemic with my daughter. Fast forward 4 years and she was studying in Paris so we decided a road trip was in order to renew our acquaintance with it, finding it just how we left it. The owner and his lovely staff make this place. Longchamp is off the beaten track for most English skiers but has a lot to offer to a certain kind of skier who isn’t after thrills and spills. Lots of lovely cruiser-blues - in my case getting in a few last turns in before hanging up those ski gloves for good!

Welcoming friendly hotel with superb access to the main lift.

Position, kindness and flexibility of personnel, their attitude and proper ammount of humor, food, noise and wall isolation, heating, timing, vibes, helpful approach, safety design- outside fire steps, fire extinguuishers, ski lockers.

No elevator, no sauna yet.

Friendly reception, beautiful views. Room cosy, very functional for skiing season.

No lift but owners carried bags, only B&B in summer so booked into local restaurant with again limited summer menu, resort lifts don’t run at weekends!!

The staff at Lac Bleu make this place, we felt so welcomed and looked after, we’ll def be back

Direct access to the slopes was great

Transfer from the regional airports is not straightforward. The simplest way is to catch a train to St Avre La Chambre station and then the local bus up to La Madeleine stop

Everything Fantastic stay at this hotel - couldn't of asked for a better location, hotel, food, ski in /ski out and friendliest team ! Highly recommended hotel - the team at this hotel go above and beyond for all their guests.

No faults at all

Familyroom was very tight, but OK for overnight

Olivier was so so nice to us, actually both the owners were. They were so nice to accommodate us earlier than the normal check in. They even allowed us to charge our car. The breakfast was made with a lot of love. The room was spacious, the back terasse where we were facing had an amazing view towards the mountains, although a bit more outside furniture like chairs and umbrellas would be better for so many rooms sharing the same space. Everything was super clean, the bathroom a bit small, but the room compensated being so big. The internet worked well.
