The room was large with a huge bed and spotlessly clean. The hotel looks old from the outside but is very modern inside. The breakfast is great value for money.

We arrived at 1230 and the receptionist offered us an early check in for €50 per room or we could wait until 1400. If the room was ready it would have been great customer service to let us check in early for free or charged a nominal €10. Also the parking was like a bog so made your shoes very muddy.

Excellent location, close to RER and Tram making it accessible to commute to Versailles and Paris, in addition to interesting sites to visit in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Nice rooms and helpful staff. Attractive and peaceful grounds.

Lighting could be improved near the clothes closet.

1) toilet supplies: the body lotion was finished. There was no spare toilet paper 2) the breakfast is nice and international, but the guy that was there to support was not focused: we needed to ask him to replace the finished food or drinks rather than change it himself. I found him twice on his phone…

ability to close the blinds totally so the room is dark very nice shower room is quiet bed is comfortable nice buffet breakfast i walked up to there in the fresh morning and back at night (very steep :-) ) that was super nice. the view is really stunning, nice castle and church around. Pyramides are 30 minutes away by foot, so no need to use the car and find a parking spot. parking is right in front of the hotel

they could not provide gluten free bread

I requested an 'accessible' room and was very satisfied with the spacious bathroom and open, step free shower. Less ideal was its location in a secondary building that necessitated an extended walk outside.

I would have liked the room in the main building.

Friendly welcome at this excellent branch of Mercure. It’s in a great location - we were using it as a break of our long journey from south to north but I wish we’d stayed an extra night as the area and the hotel were so nice. Breakfast spread was excellent and the room was super comfy. All in all a good stay. Thank you.

Whilst overall the food in the restaurant was good, the staff were not helpful and the gluten free options ran out.

Would have liked to turn air-conditioning off at night and open the window, but couldn’t do that as on 1st floor facing the road.

The hotel was in a quiet location. The room was clean. The bathroom was with bathtub.

As a vegetarian, I didn't have a great choice of food for dinner. I ordered a fresh vegetable salad, but they brought me a mix of canned vegetables.
