Beautiful accommodation and the gardin is just amazing. Close by old village and easy to walk to the port and village.

Reception staff member (sorry I didn’t catch her name) was really friendly and welcoming. Room was more spacious than we expected and the outdoor communal areas were a really nice plan to unwind. Thought the welcome gifts were a lovely touch too!

Room felt a bit close to Reception. Although we didn’t have breakfast, we think it might have been more enticing if there was a separate space to have it in (rather than in reception) although appreciate in nice weather you would happily sit outside!

Lou Cagnard is a small cozy boutique hotel in the center of St Tropez. Rooms are not big, but chic, and silent. The breakfast has a very good value for money and the products are fresh. You can book a convenient internal parking spot, the garden is small but nice and the pool too.

Rooms are small, bathrooms and showers too, but functional anyway. We have had a problem of cleanliness of the room, but the staff solved it and we found a solution.

Loved Regis our first day- he’s so kind and showed us the ropes and how to get around the city. I also liked the location - it’s perfect!! The hotel felt safe at night and met our expectations.

I didn’t like the lack of replenishment of breakfast before 11am. The eggs were done and the area could have been cleaned more for those who haven’t eaten before it ends

The Location was fantastic, the room was lovely, great to have a mini fridge and the cabinet in the bathroom was excellent with compartments for all your belongings really nice touch . Every member of staff were friendly and helpful it was a lovely experience

Apart from offering breakfast there were no other food options, unfortunately the pool was not operational during my stay which was disappointing, there was a beautiful garden which I did spend time in

Staff is amazing. The breakfast is decent. The location is amazing. It’s also very quiet. The air conditioner works very well in the summer. I like that there is a porch and then also a lot of tables outside.

The rooms are small. This is more of a weekend trip place. We had a lot of bags and they barely fit. I would not come back with a lot of bags. Just one small Bag would be enough. Other than that, I loved the hotel.

Great location, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, recently renovated rooms. 👍👍👍 Small hotel, perfect for families with different ages wanting to be in the center of St Tropez and even have a small garden sitting area perfect for chatting whilst sipping delicious Rosé ;) and having quality time together. We’ll be back!!

Extra shelves in bathroom for washbags please! Obviously being in an old building in the center the rooms are tight, but hey, you are in the centre of St Tropez and great quality/price

Location location location. Charming backyard, nice decoration, extremely clean, lovely staff, and parking in the heart of St Tropez (paid). Perfect for a few nights exploring the town. Optional buffet breakfast is available at an extra cost which is convenient.

Pretty much only the fact that the room's windows faced a balcony that served as a hallway to the other doors. It would have been fine if the windows had blackout curtains but they were sheer which means that at particularly night when the lights are on anyone can see you through the sheer curtains.

Cute hotel with extremely central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night but they were nonetheless there to greet us at the gate. We were brought extra blankets without asking for them - it was an unseasonably cold and stormy weekend. This was very thoughtful. All in, a very good experience.

Our room the first night was so so tiny. The shower wasn’t really usable - however, the concierge moved us for our 2nd and 3rd night when they saw how tall my husband was (6’3) and knew the shower wouldn’t work for either of us.
