This was our second stay at the Manade Des Baumelles and it never disappoints. The location is great, the staff super helpful and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable (with air conditioning) and some of them even have a small kitchen; and the horse club L'Instant Guardian managed by a lady named Isabelle is one of the best in the area. We had an issue with the TV when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing given the Olympics were on. Morgane, a very helpful staff, offered an immediate solution and provided us access another room to watch TV there if we wished, and the next day it got fixed. At the manade, time slows down and you feel like you are in a special place away from the hustle and bustle, where you can truly relax. This is a great stop for families with children. Ours ride horses there and love the fact that there are many animals on the manade itself. Saintes Marie de la Mer, a lovely coastal town, is a 15 minute drive and there are two main activities nearby also worth doing: the bird park and the gipsy/horse live show named Camarkas.

We liked everything , beautiful terrace, quiet area, good quality beds. Apartment has everything you need ,interior is good quolity ,also beautiful design . Terrace is amazing . People are full of support. Wine local natural also so good .We highly recommend this place for to stay and enjoy holiday .

Only , unfortunately parasol for shade on terrace was broken , than we missing shade durig high heat of sun.

The place is very nice and unique.

The curtain did not cover the half of the wind , and at 6 in the morning we had light in the room and we couldn t sleep anymore. The pillow was very bad. Too much dust and cobwebs in the room. More cleaning are needed. Absurd that they don't provide hands soap. Once requested they told us to keep it in the shower where the was a body shower soap, applied fixed on the wall.

Beautiful location, peaceful, very comfortable and restful, dinner at the restaurant was delicious! The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The horse riding at the manade was also wonderful with a lovely lady called Isabelle who took me on a tour of the area on a Camargue horse.

Could have a wifi range extender to reach the furthest rooms in the property.

Breakfast was fine. Not super, not bad. Reception hostess, Marine, was excellent! Room was cozy. We liked the surroundings with the horses, bulls & other animals.

There needs to be a sitting area for guests that is inside the main building as some rooms (ours) are quite small with no sitting space inside the room. The restaurant does not have an a la carte menu, which does not work for some clients (us).

The location was great and the fact that the horse riding stable is right next door was fabulous. I had a wonderful sunset ride with Isabelle and she took very good care of me and the group. The horses were gentle and kind and easy to control and the whole ride was very memorable

Very nicely renovated historical building in a wonderful location, surrounded by nature and many animals. Especially interesting for horse lovers, many possibilities for activities with horses. Beautiful restaurant location outside with a view. Close to village if you want to go to the beach.

Buffet during breakfast was almost empty when we came and was only filled up upon our request - other than that nothing else

The room was beautifully decorated, and the air conditioned worked very well, even in the middle of the heatwave. The place was very quiet, in the middle of the marshes, lovely night sky and beautiful light in the mornings. Fine kitchen facilities in the room. My daughter particularly appreciated that the stable next door offered poney rides all day.

Quite expensive, for a place which is 10 km away from the beach. We had a lovely terrace, with great views of the Milky Way at night, but it was covered in batshit. There were dozens of bats flying above us, and I appreciate that they kept the mosquitos at bay. But for 230 euros per night, I would expect the staff to clean their droppings every day. Not being squeamish, we very much enjoyed our breakfast there in the mornings.

The staff was not very helpful. I asked them help to organise a horseback ride and they gave me a number and did not help at all. Unfortunately, I do not speak French and I could not book that way. I would have preferred some more help from the propriety.

Excellent breakfast and restaurant, large well appointed room with good view. Excellent for wildlife viewing and St Marie - 15 mins drive away - is excellent as a touristy centre.

They could have told us, at the time of booking, about their music and other events to give us a chance to book ahead - they were all full by the time we arrived.
