Such friendly staff, and they were very patient, despite our very poor French skills. This lovely hotel is set in a picturesque village, not far from Agincourt with excellent walks along both the river and canal. The peace and quiet is something very special. Anyway, the room was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need - tea and coffee making facilities, lovely strong shower and comfortable bed. In the courtyard, out the back you can have some of the wonderful local beers (do try them, they were lovely). In the evening we had the meal 'du jour'. The food was excellent. We had lamb and it was succulent and well flavoured. Dessert was heaven. Breakfast was plentiful. It was continental with the softest croissants and home made jams and marmalades. There were cerials, meats, croissants, bread and fruit, plus tea and coffee. Excellent value for money.

We received a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel was exactly as we expected, with a great, relaxed ambience. Our room was clean and comfortable and well equipped. All of the staff were extremely helpful and efficient The breakfast buffet offered a really good and plentiful selection food and beverages The dinner menu was interesting and varied and the food was delicious. The opportunity to eat outdoors, in the attractive courtyard, was very welcome in the beautiful evenings.

Nothing to dislike

I liked everything. I was welcomed with a smile and the generous offer to use the garage for our motorbike. The room overlooked the beautiful garden and we had plenty of storage. The bed was king-size and so comfortable that we had a really good uninterrupted night's sleep. The hotel was quiet. Bathroom was a good size and a larger than average shower and separate toilet. We had our evening meal at the hotel, which consisted of three courses and every course was delicious. Breakfast is a buffet style and had plenty of choice. I can't praise this hotel and staff enough and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to other travellers. A really good start to our holiday.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent, breakfast excellent and a lovely location with a relaxing outdoor space for eating and drinking. The owner even let us park our motorbikes in his garage.

this is a classic hotel in a rural area, the innkeeper provides the traveler with a welcoming and comfortable experience. Great attention to detail and a high level of competency from both the innkeeper and his staff. offerings of food were exceptionally good, The hospitality reflects on a dedication to serving travelers. Highly recommend.

The dinner at the restaurant in the hotel was extraordinary. Parking was available right on the premises. Very quaint hotel with well equipped private bath.

The steps to the upstairs room were very steep.

Great location, easy to find with ample free car parking. The hosts are lovely. The rooms are very large, very clean, very comfortable and very well appointed. The restaurant serves very good food and is popular with the locals.
