Very nice and clean pool and spa area. Beautiful location. A great place to relax. Great, spacious family room with a large balcony and great views of the forest and pool area. Very comfortable beds.

Only one restaurant on site with a small meny which is a thing to consider, when you are in a somewhat secluded location. First courses and desserts were very good, but the main courses were disappointing (we had dinner in the restaurant twice). Hardly anyone (except for the front desk staff) spoke English.

I would advise anyone with difficulty walking (e.g. poor joints like me) to consider this carefully and perhaps book elsewhere. There are corridors and lots of stairs to negotiate between reception and the rooms, and stairs between reception and the bar. There is a lift in the accommodation building but it is frequently busy. So basically its not convenient to get around.

Lovely location, great views of the valley, liked the church bells. Amazing spa and restaurant, be sure to visit on the first Thursday of the month for the awesome “white night” dinner. Elegant and comfy bar and awesome staff who speak a multitude of languages. Alsace Superior room even had a fireplace! Wonderful breakfast. Couples massage was the icing on the cake of a great stay.

Really nice gem of a property tucked away in the forest. Just out the door you can hike to the Grand Ballon, and explore the Grand Ballon, Le Hohnneck, le Petit Ballon on bike. The restaurant was really yummy after all that hiking and biking. Great selection, local favorites and wine pairings, and super service.

WiFi was really poor. Don't know whether this was because we were in Batiment B. But download speed was insufficient to stream TV on my laptop.

Spacious room and great hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay.

Food was ordinary. There was not many options for dinner.

Clean, rustic, professional.Quiet, fresh air, super people. Highly recommended.

The salt air room seats were of stone. Too hard on bad backs and old people.
