The shower design is horrendous- no doors or any type of protection on the shower, when trying to have a shower all the water goes out and floods half of the bathroom. There are no hooks on the walls to put towel after shower or for hands. The Internet connection is not the best, being such a big hotel the connection gets lost easily or slow to use.

Elegant, upscale, and un-pretentious decorations throughout the hotel. The dining room for breakfast and dinner is very beautiful. We only had the chance for breakfast which was excellent. The hotel room was very quiet despite next to a heavy traffic road. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel, unsurprisingly, also had spa and sauna facilities with the appropriate garment prepared. If you are arriving by car, the parking is spacious and free. If you are visiting the wine shops and stores around town, everything is within 5 minute walking distance (Chapoutier is within 1 block!).

The location and restaurant are great! The staff is excellent. The spa is on the smaller side, but well equipped. The room was extremely spacious.

The spa doesn’t have towels for your use. Guests are supposed to bring one from the room. The front desk did give me one so that I didn’t have to go all the way back to my room. The hallways and elevators are in need of updating. The hallways were also freezing cold, as if the doors were always open. I thought

Absolutely fabulous - the quality of the hotel was fabulous and the staff - superb- very enthusiastic team and keen to please. Refreshing today, to find an all round gem of a hotel and would highly recommend it.

Nothing really- the location wasn’t special- but the hotel on-route south or north through France, very well worth a visit

Easy access to parking in a safe location. We had a large clean and modern room with small terras. Good air conditioning @ lovely breakfast on the outside patio with our dog joining us.

It’s a bit pricy, considering the breakfast (if included) is very basic. The scrambled eggs were too runny and very little condiments.

Excellent facilities and great location on way to the South of France. Great buffet breakfast. We would consider this hotel for a longer stay as it offers a pool, a spa, a cosy bar and lots of space

Would be useful for hotel to provide access code to parking before arrival, but that is a minor detail.

Location very close to city attractions Good and conveninent on-site restaurant. Must reserve though. Car was safely parked in the backyard of the hotel with closed gates. Staff very helpful and friendly. Elevator

Wifi: you always disconnected automatically and login again. This an old fashioned way to handle the internet access! The room is not that big. Just a minibar at the room. No ice! Need to ask to the kitchen. The restaurant menu is rather limited. Breakfast is good but could be improved with more fruits.

Spacious accommodation, good bedroom cupboards with dressing gowns, comfortable well sized bedroom with king bed, and well appointed bathroom with quality amenities. Excellent restaurant offering fine dining. Wide range of wines. Very good breakfast. Off street secure free parking

Great hotel run by the M. Chapoutier Vintner. Superb staff, extremely helpful and gracious. We ate breakfast in the dining room. They couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking was included in the back and very convenient.

Evening receptionist (12 June) sorted out a booking issue, arranged secure parking for my motorbike, and added a friendly welcome—with a little Australia in the mix. Hotel is clean and quiet, location good for exploring the area.
