Apartments are excellent - very well furnished, good level of cooking kit, etc. Seemed to be well cleaned, beds were comfy. Spa area is a nice treat after a long day skiing.

Two main complaints: firstly, reception is closed from 12-4pm which makes late check out tricky, although we worked around it. Secondly, the hob is (as is often the case) a very cheap model that doesn't work well and gets extremely hot - we accidentally scorched a tea towel. I struggle to understand why apartment builders take on these risks!

Pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room were excellent and access to ski area very nearby. We ordered our skis with skiset Santa Terra which was based at the accommodation which was perfect and an easy walk to the cable car. I also ordered our ski passes for Tignes/Val Disere in advance online and it was really easy to use the ticket machine at the cable car location to print them out. Juliet or perhaps Julietta (apologies) at the hotel Reception was incredibly helpful with everything and had a lovely manner. Thank you we had a wonderful week.

The rooms were perfect—fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was a major plus, offering an almost ski-in, ski-out experience. Adding to the convenience, a fantastic restaurant was just a short walk away, making it the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy plenty of fun on the slopes.

The hot tub was only lukewarm—I would have preferred it to be hotter. The pools were quite cold, making it impossible for me to let my kids swim in the chilly water. This was especially disappointing since the sauna and steam room were not accessible to children. Overall, the spa area did not feel family-friendly.

We rented a two bedroom apartment for three adults and one baby. Hotel staff were very nice, they called a couple of times before our arrival to confirm on certain details for our stay, e.g. whether we need parking, whether we need baby beds, very thoughtful. The apartment was a bit old, but still very comfortable and well equipped. We absolutely enjoyed the sauna, the jacuzzi and the steam room every day after we skiied, despite of the noisy British tourists in the hotel. Highly recommended hotel for skiing in Tignes.

Snow at 1550m is not as good as the snow at 2100 in the mid March, which is understandable. But it is very convenient to to take the lifts to another height.

This is in Tignes Brevieres , the lowest and smallest part of the Tignes ski area. The offering for tourists is limited. The apartments are of nice size, comfortable and well equipped. The resident has some strange quirks: the lobby area is closed most of the time, so there is no place to hang out except in your apartment. The SPA is nice, but again, strange : the jacuzzi is set on somewhat cold temperature, there are no hot water in the showers and no drinking water.

Good size room, fits 8, everything is very close, restaurant, supermarket, ski lift, although not in/out location. The room is.very nicely equipped. Good shower with hot water, nice pool area. Very convenient parking arrangements. It is a good value for money to be in Tignes in February - the busiest week of the year.

The reception hours are very short,.the corridors between the rooms/pool/reception are in open air and very cold, Les brevieres is a nice small village we like it because most were families, sometimes if you don't plan the timing you can get stuck in Tignes and have to go back by bus which is super busy- plan ur return! there is a nice cute church next to the hotel, but it's bells rings every 30 minutes, even on Sunday at 8:00, very loud.

Very spacious room that suited the needs of our 10 person group perfectly. The room was comfortable with good facilities all in working order. Nice location in small, quiet but pleasant village at the bottom of Tignes.

The bath/showers did not have shower screens meaning we had to use towels to mop up after our showers. This seems like a very easy fix to improve everyone's experience.

Thé résidence is located very conveniently in the center of Les Brevier. Easy access to ski lift, Sherpa supermarket , shuttle bus. The reception is very attentive.

Thé résidence is in Les Brevier, the Main Street between the hotel and the ski lift is inclined, however no salt or grit or any form of managing the black ice on the road is done by the town, sadly 2 people in our party had a nasty fall, and 1 severe enough to not able to ski (we observed people falling twice a day, and one person broke their shoulder). The residence is not easily accessible to the main resorts, and Le Lac is the only pharmacy for the region of Tignes. So painkillers and strapping was not easy to obtain. One toilet roll per toilet for 7 days is not enough. Wifi was extremely slow. The spa are was good, but gets really crowded at certain times.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean there was a mini market right across the road and it was only a very short walk to the ski lifts. We also went swimming every night and the pool area was clean and tidy .

For 300€ per night a little breakfast pack or coffee could have been thrown in with the deal and the pool and hot tub could have been a little bit warmer, but they were ok just after a day in the cold weather it would have been nice if they were a few degrees warmer . This is really my only little thing to complain about haha .
