A pleasant, upscale feeling b and b in an old mansion. Modest but well-presented breakfast, host included two beers without charge, good value, great tub in our room, canopied bed. Our host held onto a jacket we left until we could get back to retrieve it and also communicated clearly about that situation which was greatly appreciated. It was a good value for the town.

There was a very faint smell of smoke on the landing - not in the room. If you are sensitive to smoke this might bother you. (I didn’t notice it - my husband did).

Excellent location - about 300m from city centre yet reasonably quiet. Large room in the upper floor with a large terrace. Ergonomic bed / good for our spines. Stylish furniture and facilities. Superfast and stable wifi Internet. The room looked like recently renovated and all worked fine. Air conditioning quiet and working well. Breakfast - the usual choice at B&B, all quality items. The landlady Christiane spoke English, she was very helpful and let us park in her garage which was a big bonus.

Christiane is an amazing host. She thought about everything and helped us with everything. She was always ready to help and always with a heart warming smile. The rooms were tidy, clean and spacious with a nice historical touch. The pool was nice and cooling.

The only problem if you would call it a problem was hard to knock on the door when we were first entering the hotel. However we called Christiane and she helped us immediately.

Villa Regina is located close to the downtown core of Vaison-la-Romaine, The room we had was a good size, with a equally functional bathroom. The owner was extremely helpful and in fact offered her garage as a place to park my our rental car. We spent a day wandering around Vaison-la-Romaine, which has Roman ruins and a very interesting old town. I recommend the town and if you are planning to visit, I highly recommend Villa Regina as a place to stay.

The queen room was spacious with quality fittings and a large bathroom including stand alone bath and walk in shower. There was also a large private balcony with sun loungers. Madame was welcoming and attentive. There was a fridge. The typical French breakfast was ample and fresh. Shutters at the window kept outside noise to a minimum, even though we were facing a busy road.

There was no hand wash or shower gel provided, just a small bar of soap. Parking was difficult on a busy holiday weekend and we had to park on the drive of the accommodation.

Were staying there for the second time. Authentic villa in Southern France. Wonderful hostess Christiane. Great location. Fantastic room with terrace and amazing bathroom. Beautiful grounds with swimming pool.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. The house has a nice garden and a small pool. It is a few hundred meters from the center of town - easy walking. The house and the room are very well kept and you feel very welcome as a guest.

All was fine.

We had the room with the terrace. The room was big and the newly renovated bathroom was huge. Best shower so far. Everything was super clean. We had dinner of meat and cheese with wine on the terrace. Parking in the garage was a plus. Location was two blocks from a lovely plaza.

Hostess was wonderful and the location was great! Breakfast was simple but great! The hostess saved us a spot in her garage to park since it was off season.

The room was sooooo spacious! The bathroom (recently remodeled) was huge...with a tub and an ample shower. Beautiful tiles and great lighting. The room also had it's own roof-top deck, which was lovely.

Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer to enjoy the pool and our deck. Really, everything was perfect. We were lucky to get a parking space on the street just across from the site.....but, I imagine that isn't always the case.
