Comfortable, clean and modern room in a good location with easy parking. They forgot to bring breakfast one morning but made up for it when they realized by serving us breakfast in their restaurant next door, with delicious food and a beautiful view.

I knew from reviews and pictures that there’s not really a separation between the bedroom and bathroom, but it’s more exposed than I thought!! There were moments we needed more privacy than we got, and we’ve been sharing bathrooms for over a decade.

The room was very clean and apparently quite new. Parking just opposite the property was available (although it was shoulder season and most of the daytrippers had already left). The breakfast was simple and tasty. Location was perfect for access to both parts of Vaison.

I would take a standing shower over an uncurtained bath with shower head but that's really not a big deal!

We love the location and the quality of the duplex room that we stayed in for three lovely nights. Exceptional service was provided by Ann who was just wonderful to talk with and who maintained a very clean facility, which has been well managed, and I would put up there with some of the top places we have stayed. Breakfast was wonderful and it was nice to see Ann for two of the three mornings when we were there. Can say nothing but the best for this facility. Just wonderful!

Everything was great. No negative experiences whatsoever.

Petite déjeuner coulé not have been better. The restaurant over looks the river and is a Michelin Star. Room was very comfortable, decorated great and comfortable. Parking was right outside our door and hotel location close to the the heart of town. We were not able to get dinner or lunch reservation when we booked as they were already full. Missed opportunity ! Hotel uses What's App so that was convenient and response quick to questions. P.S. Staff was terrific

Nothing that we did not like ....

Very nice room, full of character and it was cool in very warm weather. There was parking directly outside our room, which was a plus. The room was nicely decorated and the bed really comfortable. Nice new bath - though not separate from the bedroom. Very good spot, a short walk into the mediaeval town of Vaison and a short walk down to the Roman bridge and into the lower town with the Roman ruins and the amphitheatre. Breakfast was also very good - on the terrace with a panoramic view.

The room was quite small and the bathroom is incorporated into the same space. The toilet is also not very well isolated from the room.

Cathy the Manager is the one reason we would stay again at the Maisons du O, once the owner addresses a serious flaw today. The location also very convenient. breakfast Cathy served was super. parking outside also ok and free. Cathy personally arranged our dinner booking every night when many reservations were closed.

the toilet and shower are in the bedroom without any door. no privacy. that is unacceptable. we suggest the owner install a strong curtain as a minimum. a sliding wood door would be even better. the current design will not be permitted in the future.

Beautiful location. I would 100% recommend staying on this side of the river. The medieval town is fantastic. Room is comfortable and the views are stunning.

Old building, doorways are pretty low.

Excellent location in the Old Medieval City area. They also have an exceptional restaurant. Owner Chef and his hostess wife really make you feel welcome and we can’t say enough about the food. Very clean and comfortable room with everything you need. We highly recommend this property.

Everything, the duplex, served three adults and was wonderful. Ann, who seems to be everywhere, and very helpful, was wonderful also to work with. She provided good insight into the area and recommended local trips to enjoy the Provence area.

Nothing. Just a fantastic property!

We enjoyed the town of Vaison la Romaine a lot and the Maison du O was right at the entrance to the medieval city with a great cliffside view. The adjoining restaurant was a gourmet find. Our room was nice if a bit small. It had a great cross breeze which helped keep things cool (although it also had AC).

The bathtub/shower did not have any overhead fixture. You could stand (slippery) with the hand-held wand or try to sit in the tub. No enclosure so we did make a wet mess the first time. Parking was directly across from the room and free but on a first come basis and open to anyone. We were able to find parking, though, all 3 nights.
