The hotel is brand-new which means that the bungalow was pristine clean and super modern while embracing the traditional design and decorations of a Polynesian fare. We had our own spacious 1-bedroom bungalow with kitchen ans living room facing one of the most beautiful beach in Moorea. The location is pretty awesome! We loved the fact that we could just borrow kayaks and paddles to go and explore the lagoon - it’s easy to go to the Tipaniers beach where the stingrays and sharks can be seen.

The continental breakfast was good but too pricey from our point of view. We were lacking small details which would make this hotel a 3 star hotel: hygiene kit, conditioner, tissues and a launderette service. Also, we told them in advance that we were visiting for our honeymoon and the staff did say “Congrats” but did not offer any special attention (even just some flowers on the bed!)

The location was great - it was very close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel is brand new, very small, with only a handful of bungalows, and blissfully quiet. We met some other wonderful families, and enjoyed kayaking, snorkeling, and paddleboarding on the beach. The aquatic life is unbelievable.

The upstairs in the family bungalow does not have an AC unit, only fans, so we had to keep our bedroom doors open to let the air circulate better. Kid were a little warm (although they slept fine) and we lacked some privacy. Really the only drawback to our stay.

Phenomenal location with the best sunset on Moorea and extremely close access to beach, road, kayaks, and restaurants and stores. I couldn't ask for anything more. If facilities were nearly brand new and the staff was wonderful and the amenities were fantastic. The location could not be beat.

There is nothing I have to complain about. It exceeded my expectation

This is an amazing property! It's only a year old, but even so you can tell it's well maintained. The room is very large and we and it has a full kitchen, despite their description as a kitchenette. And it's so quiet that you feel yourself relax. The staff is very friendly and will do anything to make you happy. The breakfast is amazing.

This place was great! Beach front bungalows were awesome! Everything was new and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and so helpful. We would highly recommend spending a few days in Moorea at this little boutique hotel.

The staff was super nice, the bungalows are new, well equipped and comfortable, the garden is well maintained and the breakfast was super good.

I would recommend the hotel to add an additional AC unit in duplex bungalows in the bedroom upstairs as the fans are not sufficient to lower temperatures at night or during the afternoon nap.

The bungalow by the ocean with full view on sunset was just incredible. The room is in fact a small studio equipped with everything you need (beg bed, air-con, full kitchen incl. a dishwasher) and a great terrace. The strong wifi signal and free-of-charge canoes were a nice surprise.

The selection of the bread served on the breakfast could be wider.

The location is great for snorkeling and enjoying sunsets on a private beach. The resort provided paddle boards and canoes for no extra charge. The facilities are new and modern and the housekeeping services are outstanding.

Not having a door to the bathroom that would provide complete privacy

Great new hotel, on an excellent beach, and very close to several lively shops and restaurants. They have kayaks and life vests for exploring the lagoon. Rooms were very clean and fresh (being brand new), with good fridge, dishwasher, etc. Nice outdoor table for meals.

Price a little steep compared to f.ex. Moorea Island Beach Hotel nearby which has better location and a waterside porch with great sunbeds, so think price for Niu Beach is a little too steep…
