This hotel is a solid option for travellers not willing to pay the overpriced motu hotels like Conrad's and St. Regis. Staff is very welcoming, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast buffet is great. The restaurant and breakfast venue is right at the beach front and there're always plenty of deck chairs available. For dinner the restaurant offers well priced dishes so that we went there multiple times during our stay. In the bar you'll get lunch snack options which are also fairly priced, compared to other places. To reduce plastic bottle consumption, there is a drinking water fountain where you can refill your water bottle. Finally, they can organize excursions and e-scooters for you. For the latter, the batteries get changed in the morning, so you basically drive around Bora Bora electrically for free!

Transfer from the airport ferry in Vaitape to the hotel happens in an old bus that seems to break down any minute. If there's lots of clients, the bus can get pretty crowded and feel like a cattle transport. They charge you around 15 eur one way per Person, which is quite a lot considering that the bus can take about 30 passengers. So that's 450,- EUR for a 15 minutes rise in an old bus - pretty impressive. I think the hotel could easily charge less for the transfer. However, if there are reasonably cheaper options, I don't know. Finally, the tour desk seems to be overcrowded at times (especially in the morning) so it takes a long time renting a scooter or even only just picking up your beach tower, so plan well ahead and consider the waiting times when planning your day.

The beach and location were incredible. Room and property were clean.

An otherwise great experience was tarnished with the scooter rental. A deposit of over €400 was needed to rent a scooter for 8 hours, which I thought was high but was told it would be returned the next day. When it wasn’t I checked with the front desk and they confirmed it was returned and would be back on Monday. 1 month later it was still not back and of 3 emails to the hotel only one was answered. They said they were looking into it. Had to go to my own bank to cancel the payment all together. The hotel was lovely with a beautiful beach but would advise against renting the scooter as it was ultimately more hassle then it was worth.

The staff are exceptional - so friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, so many options and lots of food. Room was great, very large and the king bed was a welcome relief for two tall people, the room was also serviced every day. There is a little supermarket next door if you require provisions. The pool bar was good and the restaurant was a good option for dinner, there are also other dinner options within walking distance (10 min walk). The beach is superb, there's plenty of sun lounges and the view is amazing. The concierge was very helpful and can arrange tours/trips etc., there's even bikes for hire (we cycled around the whole island in 4 hours with one beer stop!).

The weather! It was the best but we were grateful for a couple of nice days.

Great location. Great waterfront property. Good amenities. Good breakfast. Dinner menu pricey and lacked quality.

Some staff are set too much in their own ways. They forget that the customer needs good service.

Handy location. Nice beach for swimming. A small supermarket 5 minutes away. Other eating options 15 minute walk

You need to triple check your bill when leaving. I found many things wrong-drinks I didn’t have; meals I didn’t have

Wonderful stay! Enjoyed the yummy full breakfast spreads and the staff was a delight! Rooms were comfortable and their being across the street from the main hotel was not at all an issue. We walked to nearby restaurants and the well stocked store next door was convenient. It was nice to enjoy the pool after a day at sea. We enjoyed the electric scooters we rented directly from the hotel - so convenient! They even swapped out the partially-drained batteries after a full day of zipping around the island without our asking so we were up and ready for an early island ride at sunrise to make the most of it! Staff help with airport transfer arrangements made it a breeze! Wonderful overall stay and value!

If you don't want to pay for an over-water bungalow, this is the perfect option. Beach was great. Pier allowed water tours/transportation to pick-up guests. Food selection was plentiful. Some evenings had entertainment. Small pool available if one did not want to be out on the beach itself. Concierge available to help book activities. Very clean, quiet, and relaxing. Staff were all very nice (and efficient).

No shop/grocery/pharmacy on site. There was a small convenience store just down the road that could take care of most needs, but you need to know about it.

Location was spectacular. Snorkelling off the beach was brilliant. 3 star accommodation upto standard - no complaints

The food. Menu and taste and sauces and options- not very good at all. Sorry to say.. I would recommend the hotel for accommodation and location and staff and service - but do yourself a favour and walk down the road to several alternate restaurants where the menu and quality of the food is sooooo much better .

The fresh fruit and pastries and French toast were delicious I like that the room had lots of places to hang our things👍 I loved being able to kayak over to one of the best snorkeling locations on the island🤩

I think that kayaks and bicycles should be included in the price to stay there. The shuttle service is confusing and expensive and really should also be included with a stay.

The hotel consists of a group of small houses inside a beautiful and peaceful garden. The room was quite spacious with a nice balcony. You need to cross the street to get to the reception and facilities (and the beach), but it was never an issue, as there wasn't almost any traffic. The pool and the beach are both small but very nice, the hotel provides beach towels and also has an activity room with pools and table football. The breakfast was varied and good, and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and the lagoon. The hotel is well positioned, as it is at walking distance to Matira beach (1 km) and 2 minutes from a supermarket. The price was not particularly high, considering the average of Bora Bora.

We had to wait about 20 minutes for the transfer from the Vaitape docks to the hotel. The room interiors, especially the bathroom, were a bit outdated. It is not the hotels's fault, but the street you need to cross and to use to get to Matira or everywhere (it is the only street on Bora Bora) was narrow, not well kept and there wasn't any sidewalk. We attended the traditional polynesian dinner with music and dancers (at extra cost). The show itself was nice, but the buffet could have been better.
