I would like to thank Nino for her professional work. She cares much about your convenience. She took every request seriously and made my stay so pleasant The cleaning staff are very polite and nice. A big thank you to them too. I would come again if I decide to visit Batumi in future

People at the reception is the biggest disappointment An awesome place like this deserves to be run by professionals with good experience on how to treat guests and how to solve problems promptly and efficiently. Unfortunately most people there were the opposite. I could tell stories on how bad they performed from my own experience and from what I’ve seen while standing at the queue Well, expect occasional power, water and internet off. Usually for short periods so not a big issue

Perfectly located, very spacious and renovated apartment, elevators didn’t cause any trouble and arrived promptly, staff was amazing and very helpful, especially our manager David. Room had enough space, a small fridge, good bathroom and a balcony with a side sea view. Beds are comfortable and the couch is comfortable as well.

The cleaning was very good but only once a week, towels were also changed only once a week which is too long for a beach holiday, had to get the garbage out ourselves as well, after one week there were dust on the floors, plus there is no place to dry beach towels and swimming suits which would have been very helpful. The rest is perfect.

Good location with great view, very clean room, comfortable bed.

The breakfast is good but could be more various. Also for the breakfast you have to get outside the hotel and walk over the street to a restaurant as the hotel doesn’t have it’s own canteen.

Satisfied! Rooms- large, clean, kitchen equipped with cooking stove, microwave, kettle, small fridge and needed cutlery. Washing machine. Bedding and towels are perfectly white and fresh. View is amazing. Reception- great 👍. AS this place is on demand especially on weekends, 🙏 please be kind to the Reception staff, they are doing great job, considering the traffic. Location- I conveniently can say one of the best! Walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants near buy, supermarkets, pharmacy's, Batumi Mall and Grand Malls are very close by. For those who's wondering, casinos just across the street 🤑 My first visit to Batumi, great 6 days! Going to be back!

I absolutely loved staying in Orbi. Block D was located conveniently, few minutes walking distance to the beach. Also there is Batumi Mall approx 10 min walking. Everything else, like pharmacy's, supermarkets, restaurants etc close by. Hey, across the road there are couple of famous casinos! Else, room was clean, towels and bedding are perfectly fresh. Oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and necessary kitchenware available. AC and WiFi Good! I want to mention Nikki the receptionist was very helpful, and the rest team are very professional. What's made my day, ones back to the room i got a gift bag with bottle of wine hanged on door, a gift from the hotel- lovely gesture!

კმაყოფილები წამოვედით. სუფთა, მყუდრო გარემო და ძალიან თავაზიანი სტაფი. ორი ნომერი გვქონდა აღებული და ისე მოხდა, რომ ბავშვებიან ოთახში საწოლის დამატება გვინდოდა…რაც რამდენიმე წუთში დაგვიორგანიზეს და ძალიან ვვასიამოვნეს.

ერთადერთი მინუსი ის იყო ჩვენთვის, რომ D ბლოკიდან პირდაპირ ვერ გავდიოდით პლიაჟზე და C მდე ასვლა და იქიდან გვიწევდა გზის გადაჭრა.

The hotel is right in the center, just minutes away from the beach. It's a very good location, with walkways and boulevards right in front of the hotel, as well as an amusement park. We had a breakfast package, and breakfast was at a restaurant across the street. The reception staff is very helpful, especially a guy named Anri. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and smell nice

There's a queue for the elevator. The elevators can't handle the load and the number of people. I hope something can be done about this. Also, the shower drain is slow, and you need to wait a while for the water to drain

I liked room, it was big and comfy, balcony was good as well. View was amazing, smell of the hotel is pleasant. Location is so good, very close to the beach.

The day we came receptionist guy was rude a little bit, but they changed every day, so the next day guy was more polite. Lifts didn’t work well, you have to wait for them to come for a long time, and they were full of people always.

Nice location

Had no electricity for the first few hrs, and staff can't do anything coz of some kind of "programm bug". TV also didn't work because only specially trained people know how to make it work, but they weren't in the hotel. Human traffic jam in elevators probably because only 4 elevators from 6 are work. Maybe it's because the building still under construction.
