Good location with great view, very clean room, comfortable bed.

The breakfast is good but could be more various. Also for the breakfast you have to get outside the hotel and walk over the street to a restaurant as the hotel doesn’t have it’s own canteen.

The hotel is right in the center, just minutes away from the beach. It's a very good location, with walkways and boulevards right in front of the hotel, as well as an amusement park. We had a breakfast package, and breakfast was at a restaurant across the street. The reception staff is very helpful, especially a guy named Anri. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and smell nice

There's a queue for the elevator. The elevators can't handle the load and the number of people. I hope something can be done about this. Also, the shower drain is slow, and you need to wait a while for the water to drain

Amazing location, great value.

Too much confusion on the lobby. Staff was overwhelmed (probably why they were always pissed off). Elevators didn't meet the demand, there was always a queue to go up and a 5/10 mins wait to go down. Around checkout time it was impossible, we took the stairs from the 31th floor.

Excellent spacious room with a high view. The host will respond promptly, thank you! The room is clean, has a very comfortable and spacious bed. There is everything you need: washing machine, dryer, towels, small refrigerator, kitchen appliances, wardrobe, iron, etc. It's a little noisy at night because it's a summer night. We could sleep there only from the balcony. We have a lot left! We will stay in 2 more apartments, I liked this apartment the most!

Same as described, same as pictures, it is good in location too close to beach, bed is very comfy, air conditioning and tv are working well, it is great for discovering Batumi, it great in value for mid stay.

Nothing, everything was amazing, place is cozy and very classy, too close to beach just separated by one street, and everything near to it, market and food zones.

You can get a five star property in affordable price range. Beach is very close to the property. The view from the balcony was amazing. Wifi and other basic amenities in room were perfectly fine. You can see the city and Black Sea from your room which is having a small balcony. Our guest relationship manager Nino was very helpful and guided us about Batumi city. I would recommend it to all.

I arrived late at night and my other booking did not answer my questions so I had to look for another option. I found this place and booked it right away. Managed to check-in through reception and the host sent me a message next day which was very nice of her.

We stayed at new year’s night to celebrate 🎉 first I got to say that staff was very nice and friendly to us they made our stay pleasant, room was perfectly clean.there’s everything you might need to spend unforgettable time with your loved ones and don’t want to forget to talk about price range it’s very affordable☺️
