Location of the Hotel is great! Breakfast at the upper terrase with a view at the sea is a good start of the day! Friendly staff.

Room needs renovation. Shower felt on my friend's head. It was hard to breathe because of the cigarette smell in the room(although we booked a room for non-smokers). Sound isolation is... Our neighbour's TV woke us up in the morning.

Batumi is a relatively small city, everywhere you can walk. distance to the sea approx. 400 meters. the cable car is also a short walk away as is the amusement park. very interesting architecture of modern hote

do not take room number 101 and 102. it is located right by the reception and the staff is sometimes noisy for a long time

Check in and check out was very smooth and quick. We met two receptionists, the one that is experienced did pay alot of attention to our needs that made us feel that we are desired guests. On check out the younger receptionist was also attentive to us even though we were already leaving.

Breakfast( it was delicious but not a standard, it could be problem if you got used to standard breakfast with coffee, sausages, fruits) for example there was a big plate of very tasty sour cream, but this is very unusual for me) Also room was clean, but the walls in the room are a little shabby

I liked location, it was really good. Few minutes to the sea and dinering out was really clouse. Rooms were really clean and the host was very friendly. Balcon had nice view.

I didnt like bathroom, it was really really small and it was hard to wash.

The location and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast (filling) and staff were friendly and entertaining. Roof terrace great for the view.

Excellent option for this price even there was a cute balcony. Literally in the heart of Batumi old town. Easy to access both building and reception. Hosts were very helpful.

The location is excelent valuable the area is surrounded with cafes restoraunts the new year tree is close to also the cleaning was excelent new sheets there was hot water and a warm place

The owner was very nice and accommodating. He even gave us some home made wine to try. Breakfast was nice. Great location, beach and everything was walking distance.

It was cheap and safe, you are staying in a single room for a price of 6-8 person rooms in a hostel. And don’t make your expectations high I see such people are complaining about the comfort. Do you see how much you are paying ? This place deserves 10/10 according to price/performance. Thank you Aleksandre for your kind hospitality
