A fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city, right next to the port - one of the best locations you could ask for. The rooms, while compact, are equipped with everything you need. Friendly staff and a small kitchen on the first floor (though, unfortunately, breakfast was unavailable in October). We stayed for one night before our flight, and the place fully met our expectations. The very welcoming staff allowed us an early check-in without additional charges, as our room was ready ahead of schedule. I would definitely choose to stay here again for another short stay in Batumi.

The hotel unfortunately doesn’t have an elevator, so you’ll need to use the stairs even for the lower floors. This is something to keep in mind if you have mobility limitations. The staff is available to help with luggage, but moving independently might be challenging. If it’s important to you, it’s worth confirming your floor in advance

If you want to experience true Georgian hospitality, look no further. Tina, the owner of the hotel, and Amiko, the manager, are very welcoming and friendly people. You really fill like a family member. I was specifically looking for a boutique hotel in the beautiful old town closer to the MyDent office, the beach, attractions, restaurants, shops, Georgian Bus from/to Kutaisi airport. We invited our relatives and their friends to Batumi and rented the entire penthouse with a large terrace for them. We were not mistaken by choosing N16. The rooms are spotlessly clean thanks to the attentive cleaning staff. Breakfast is full of fresh local pastries, cheeses, sausages, fruits and more. Special thanks to the kitchen lady for her delicious omelettes. Our guests, who are mostly used to all-inclusive resorts, sent me a text message upon returning home: everything was great, everyone was happy, thank you so much... Dear Tina and Amiko, I pass this on to you. All the best!

The hotel location is the most perfect you could wish for. The price is very attractive and in good relation with the service given. The room was made daily with nice attentions like water and tea refill. The balcony was a great bonus with us having not a view on the street but on the beautiful lit up monuments of the seaside ! The staff is very polite and helpful, Amiko is very very kind.

The stairs up the second floor where we stayed were somehow very tiring, but that’s a detail. Now the key has to have a better suited key ring, it was always loose and for a proper door key, hard no to loose… Finally, and that’s just to go above and beyond, the coffee on ground floor lacks a little ambiance like lights, music… we didn’t have anything there because it was a bit cold…

The location was excellent as you are footsteps away from the Batumi Piazza. There is a small fruit stand on the corner, bars and cafes along the road. We visited the cafe next door who served great coffee and food. We went both days that we were there. Additionally, attached to the cafe is a nice little crafts/artisan shop- CASH only but you can really find some unique souvenirs for yourself and gifts.

Great location and very clean room. I was working some of the time and the Wi-Fi was great when I needed it. Handy for anyone who needs to work remotely. Batumi is a wonderful place to visit for nice walks, sunshine and beaches. I was very pleasantly surprised. I came to Batumi after a travelling around Georgia and Armenia it was a lovely way to relax at the end of my trip.

I have traveled there with group of friends, for an ocasion. We took several rooms, the biggest room on top is the nicest, with great veranda. Sheets were super clean. Each room has a balcony, which is amazing for smokers. Location was amazing, everything in an old town to a walking distance!

Towels can be changed, thankfully i had my own. Door locks are also outdated.

It was a very nice hotel, location was very convenient and breakfast food was very nice. Staff even asked each guest if they wanted a home made omelet. In general all the staff were very friendly and treated us like we were members of their family.

There was nothing to complain about. I am now stuck with the problem of finding something to write about. How dare Booking.com!

What makes this hotel great is the staff who where insanely helpful and patient. They helped us sort out parking and train tickets back to Tbilisi and guided us throughout our stay. Next time in Batumi we'd definitely stay here again. Location was excellent - the best part of it is that it was a bit away from the lunacy of the 'Vegas' Batumi (which is to be experienced anyway at one point - but definitely not the best place to have your hotel if you want to sleep peacfully at night), however it also right in the middle of things by being next to the best eateries and in a kind of a 'hip' but local area of town. It's also close to the Ali and Nino monument, and close to a swimming beach right below it, but the wider beach and promenade is accessible past the Alphabet tower. (Batumi's large, but accessible thanks to the easy access to ride-share services) If you want a good value for money family-run quiet stay in Batumi, this is it - and I think it actually made us fall in love with the city more than if we were right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Very nice place for its price. The room is small but there is enough place for 2 people. It was cleaned every day. The staff provided good service, they helped us with our requests. The location is convenient, has a lot of cafes and restaurants near. Not noisy, which is very important in order to rest after a long day traveling around. Wi-Fi connection was stable. The hotel also has nice lobby with pictures where you can make photos.

The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony were amazing. Excellent WiFi connection. Complimentary toiletries provided. Shower worked well.

I liked everything. But if there had to be something it would be the shower curtain instead of a shower door. But this is a personal preference.
