The Hotel is very clean, the design of the hotel is realy nice. The furniture and all the facilities are new or at very good condition. Everything works good. the breakfast is good and fresh. The hotel located at the old city, very good location, near to a lot of places, including good restorants, all kinds of small stores and the sea. The view from the balcony is terrific.

The room itself is very modern and big, equipped with everything (tea, coffee, shower gels, shampoo, etc.). The location is good, because the hotel is situated in the old town of Batumi, loads of restaurans and shops in the area, the beach, the pier, or the bus stops (to the resort area Gonio for example) are a few minutes away. The breakfast is fine, although there were only fried eggs (which i don't like very much), khachapuri, sausages, and some cold cuts every day, no omeletts or scrambled eggs.

I stayed in two rooms, suite and basic regular room. The suite was wide and clean. It contain view from all direction. The view is to the city and it contain balcony. The bed was comfortable l. The bathroom contain shataf in suite room only. The hotel is locatated near to turkish and arabic resturant which all of them are Halal. The breakfast was not super but its acceptable. Near to boulevard but need Taxi. The regular or basic room is not contain balcony and no shataf in bathroom but still looks clean and comfortable.

Very convenient central location, great work of housekeeping (everyday they did very quality cleaning and replaced towels), great stable WiFi, good breakfast; great view from the balcony.

Monotonous breakfast (if you stay longer than day or two it might be a minus); broken door to the balcony, after we opened it we had to try really hard to close it, so it’s not too cold in the room.

Comfortable hotel with a great breakfast, comfortable beds and good desk for working. Internet was mostly reliable, but sometimes seemed to switch routers from time to time. Location is easy walk to restaurants, beach side, and lots of little pubs. Housekeeping was reliable and ladies are trustworthy.

Breakfast is very good, but fried hard eggs becomes monotonous. Would have been nice if they made scrambled from time to time, or cheese omelettes.

Hotel located in the old town of Batumi, easy to rich cable road, alphabet tower and sea side. Hotel is clean, have small breakfast.

There no facilities in the hotel, no veranda or some area for smoking after breakfast. The cafe on the first floor not working hole day, only breakfast. Therefore if you want to have drink day time, you have to go somewhere else.

We were in Georgia 10 days, the first 3 nights and last night at the London Hotel. Both times we had a marvelous room, very spacious, very clean, and well furnished with lots of cupboard space. The bed is wide and the mattress is good. The staff is very helpful. Breakfasts were good and they packed us a breakfast when we left early to get to the airport. The location is amazing in the old city close to many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is great, clean rooms, walkable distance from cafes and restaurants. Easy check in, we arrived at 1 AM and were able to check in pretty easily. Breakfast was on time and good. Staff members were very helpful.

The air conditioner was broken and it was very cold during the night, but they fixed it next morning, but it was still very uncomfortable to sleep in the cold room.
