The staff is friendly and helpful. They upgraded our standard room to suite. The location is perfect. Our room had sea view.

The lifts were not enough. We've waited for it a bit. The setting of Air conditioner was hard. It could have a central-based control.

I will tell you about before arrival, I booked a room for my son and his friend and even before arrival I contacted the accommodation many times and every time they responded positively and professionally. The impression of the hotel began before I arrived and I also felt comfortable sending my son alone and I felt that he was in the hands of a professional and reliable escort. Upon arrival, they received my son. He spoke about the kindness of the reception staff and the exceptional hotel, cleanliness, delicious food, a room with a view of the Alpha Tower, a pleasant pool, an excellent location. I would like to thank the hotel staff for a pleasant experience for my son as he was going out alone for the first time.

An exceptional hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Batumi! I had the immense privilege of being upgraded to an even better room, thanks to a lovely lady named Marl (or Mari, apologies if I got the name wrong) — the room was simply stunning. The welcome was outstanding: as a French guest, I felt truly appreciated and taken care of. The indoor and outdoor pools are excellent, and the gym is equally impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to all French visitors and travelers from around the world looking for an unforgettable stay in Batumi.

The smell in the corridor and the room triggered my allergy - bed size is small for two people and the mattress is quite hard.

We booked a premium room, which was spacious and had a sea view. The bed was super comfortable, with high-quality linens that were changed every other day. Breakfasts were excellent — varied, fresh, and delicious

The hotel is showing some signs of wear: stains on the lampshade and carpet, scratched flooring, and slow drainage in the shower. However, these were minor issues that didn’t spoil our stay overall.

- AC is making quite a noise during night. If you turn it the temperature is hard to control. - The light from advertisement is frustrating. Gotta keep the shades closed during night if you want to sleep. - Beware of scam taxi drivers from/to central train/airport! - Always use Bolt application. - The furniture in the room was a little bit shabby!

Location: located in the best part of Batumi, with all major attractions being walking distance from you. Room; Rooms are quite spacious with beautiful views over the city and the sea. Staff: very attentive and helpful, made our experience great

Pool was very cowded and not organized, pool service was very slow.

The hotal restaurants are very good. The spa treatments are awesome 😃 The room is great, a very comfortable bed. Great view.

Minur maintenance in the room is required: the curtains didn't function well, the wallpaper in the toilet is torn in a few places. No English movie on the TV.

Location is good, close to center few minutes to walk. Breakfast was very good

Value is a bit overpriced, also housekeeping service need to improved, you need make request several times your request. Sometimes they forget or make it very late. Maybe because hotel was full and it was high season

The property itself and the facilities

There was this bald guy working at the Pool area on the 3rd floor He was so rude Didn’t answer our calls to order food/drinks He was just ignoring all the guys on the Pool serving only girls!! It was so obvious and so badly/negatively funny Such a dude shouldn’t be serving people even in a 1 star Hotel! He’s definitely reducing the facility value
