The spa and casino are excellent, and the location is great!

The shower pressure is weak, and in the dining room there are long lines for coffee because only one machine is working — the other one is broken. On two mornings, we were woken up by fire alarm beeps that took a long time to fix. Overall, I recommend the hotel, but don’t expect the level of a true five-star property.

The location, service, and hospitality at this hotel are truly exceptional. From the breakfast spread to the overall management, everything was flawless. I have visited many places across Georgia, but this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Batumi.

Just a small suggestion—while everything was perfect, it would be great if they could consider including a dental kit in the room amenities, as most hotels usually provide one. Not a major concern, but it would be a thoughtful addition.

Location was good Breakfast was just regular. Not where you can make your own breakfast. Staff was ok. Pool was nice, not many people.

In order to be a 5 star hotel. Everything needs to be perfect. Not in this case. Sink clogged, no umbrellas. They are building a club on 15 floor. Not done yet, but soon enough. One night they did have a party there. I can hear the banging from 11 floor till 3 am. If you stay on the lower floor, then you can hear slot machines, and dog barking. We did have an issue with payment at the end of our trip. Which took a while to resolve. At the end they did credit me for the mini bar.

It's the second time we're staying in this hotel, so we knew what to expect. The room is nice, spacious. Bathroom has a shower and bathtub, breakfast is lovely, location is very central. Swimming pool is not large, but nice as well, with good water temperature.

We stayed here half a year ago. I can say that reception staff was much more polite. We talked to reception team 3 times during our current stay and only the last day both the lady and gentleman were very nice, smiling, etc. Water stayed in our sink, smell in bathroom was really bad. We've sent an e-mail in advance, telling that last time when we arrived in our triple room for 3 people everything was like for 2 (towels, water, etc). And, please, check this as we're arriving with kids very late so they could go to sleep fast. But it was the same this time- everything for 2 people. On the positive side, we've asked in the same e-mail for 2 rooms on the same floor and got them- thanks for that!

The location was really really great. It was right next to the main square with a clear view of the sea. Especially in Christmas being present right on the square was fantastic. There are unlimited number of restaurants and cafes nearby as well. Some of the staff members were really good and helpful. Also liked the breakfast buffet - especially the Turkish influence on the choice of breads.

Some staff members appeared a bit careless & transactional. Slightly better focus on customer centricity would help. Also presence of beggars right outside the hotel is a big nuisance & on occasions they were deliberately trying to irritate customers. If hotel could do something about it - it would help with the overall experience.

The gym was equiped very well. The location is perfect. The price is fair.

The hotel need renovation. The cigarete smell is so annoying. All over the place. Even when i opened the window in my hotel room in the 5th floor. I had to invite the staff because they didn't changed the sheets. The door of the bathroom didn't shut as supposed. Neither the door of the room. The water in the shower wasn't hot steady, it got cold for seconds and went back after a while. Some stuff where damaged like the soffa..etc..

The hotel is beautiful, and right in the center of Batumi. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc. Our room was on the 12th floor, and we had spectacular views of the old town, the mountains, and parts of the harbor. The room was huge, as was the bathroom, and everything was sparkling clean. The breakfast buffet is amazing! Most of the staff was very friendly.

Like a lot of 5-star chain hotels, some of the staff were sometimes quite indifferent (reception, breakfast, and housekeeping). A young woman at check-in couldn't imagine why two guys would want a king bedroom and she kept pushing for us to take a twin room. We could smell the smoke from the casino on the 12th floor. The decoration of the rooms is a bit dated.

I had a pleasant stay at this centrally located hotel. The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and very responsive. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. On the bright side, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the bathroom door didn't close properly, and the parking area was quite small, making it challenging to maneuver the car.

We were in a family formation at Sukkot. The hotel is in the center, close to everything. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and got the rooms we ordered. The rooms are large and well decorated. The cleaning of the rooms on a daily basis. Every day we were brought bottles of water to the room and a plate of fruit. Excellent breakfast, there is a selection and variety. Good and professional service at the hotel from all service providers. There is an excellent spa in the hotel including a small pool. There is a casino in the hotel. .

The only thing that bothered us was the cigarette smoke from the casino that penetrated the lobby and other parts of the hotel
