Overall good experience. It’s the new hotel with good furniture. The breakfasts were not very varied, but tasty.

I had unpleasant welcome. When we arrived, there was no blanket or bathroom essentials in the room. The staff initially said everything was there, but then came to check and saw it was missing. Later, they brought a blanket, but we had to put it into the duvet cover ourselves. They also didn’t have a baby crib, even though I had requested one in advance. Following day evening was perfect, so it was just a small mistake.

The whole neighbourhood is about to be upgraded. A lot of buildings in the vicinity are under construction. However, it didn’t cause any noise trouble as the windows are super thick and soundproof. Just a bit difficult to walk around all the scaffolding on the sidewalk in the neighbourhood

The location is perfect – right in the center of Old Batumi, close to everything. The hotel itself is a charming and cozy boutique place: clean, stylish, and well-kept. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of meats and cheeses.

It would have been great to have the option to order an espresso at breakfast. Only americano from a jug was available, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I see in all my trips. Honesty, I like everything in the hotel, starting from the nice staff, especially Ms. Nino supervisor and Mr Lado The rooms are new and clean and have a good size The beds are comfortable

Batumi has relatively small downtown, so from Epigraph you may pretty much walk around the whole "old city" attractions. Although taxis are readily available and pretty cheap. Hotel is relatively modern and clean. Some noise from across the street on Friday/Saturday might be, but tolerable imho

the only thing that the breakfast time is 9-11am which is not very comfortable if you are off to the beach at 8-9am and from the beach at 11 =)

I like everything about this hotel, the location, the room, the bathroom, and even the stuff they were so welcoming and helpful. It’s a great value for the money and it’s really close to Piazza square, and very short walk from everywhere too!

Nice hotel. Clean and cozy. Very conveniently located. The room was on the top floor and was smaller than advertised, but it didn't bother us, the view from the window was amazing. Breakfast was very good. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We got upgraded due to a birthday, the staff is super friendly and speaks good English, the location is amazing to walk around Batumi, cosy bedroom with nice views

The room service was a bit chaotic and the food arrived cold. Food is a bit pricey and is average quality (including breakfast)
