The hotel is located in the historic center, with lots of cafés nearby. The beach is also close, and when we were there, it was really quiet. And there’s even a real fireplace – such a nice touch! Also, our room was quite spacious and it was comfortable for the three of us to stay there. Inside, the hotel looks beautiful and even quite luxurious. The hotel’s grounds are also very nice, with the charming atmosphere of a townhouse in the city center.

We felt that the room was a bit chilly. It was February, and we often wanted to wear something warmer. There was no carpet, so we felt a little cold. But in the evenings, we warmed up by the fireplace, which was really cozy.

Location is good, awesome breakfast. I especially liked they lit the lobby fireplace when it was raining, very cozy.

Night time check in was not very smooth, could be better.

I recently stayed at Galogre with my family, which included both young children and elderly parents, and I must say it was a fantastic experience for everyone. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They ensured we were comfortable, offering assistance with our luggage and providing a quick and smooth check-in process. The reception staff was always ready with a smile and eager to help with any questions or requests we had. For the seniors in our group, the hotel offered the room, which was easily accessible, with a comfortable bed and accessible bathroom. Breakfast at the hotel was a delight. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes.The staff was very accommodating. We particularly appreciated the healthy options available.

Breakfast was in the restaurant on the fourth floor and to get to the elevator we needed to take stairs, which was not comfortable for elderly parents.

Location, The building is looking fantastically good inside and outside (but we were in the main building, the second one is not that good), Extremely happy with our DeLuxe room (that is an important part of it - Standard rooms may bring different experience). But with our Deluxe room - with a balcony overlooking the Piazza, and a huge terrace in the inner yard - it was perfect. Value / price is really good. Helpful personnel.

It seemed like the room was not cleaned till our arrival, so we had to spend the first night in another room.

Loved the big comfortable room with 2 balconies. Loved the location, right on the Piazza with a view over the Piazza on one side and the church on the other. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good.

We enjoyed it but some people would have found the music on the Piazza at night too noisy. It would have been nice to have had a sofa or a couple of comfortable chairs in the room.

The hotel was built in 1996 and is located in the heart of old Batumi. It is located on the Piazza square whose design was influenced by Piazza San Marco in Venice. Personnel is very hospitable, same as Georgia in general. Breakfast is great with some local salads and cheese among other standard stuff for breakfast.

There were some issues with water overflowing the shower cabin, but this was not a problem as the rooms are cleaned every day.

I was traveling with my mom and 3 months old baby. First of all the location is perfect. The staff is super, super, super friendly, kind and helpful. We had a room which is just next to the cafe, one night there was an opera at the cafe. The music was soo good but too much for the baby, I told them and they changed the room at night immediately. And after check-out because of I have the baby, they offered to give a room for 2-3 hours without asking for it. I would definetely recommend this hotel and if i go to Batumi again, I would definetely stay there. The room was large and nicely decorated. It contained two terraces, one large with view to the patio, the other one (a small one) with view to Batumi Piazza. The hotel is located in the city center of Batumi, so most attractions can be reached from there just by walking some minutes. There is a guest parking in the hotel's patio. Wifi works well, TV has many channels offered. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was functional, but regarding design/ materials built-in really nothing special in contrast to the other rooms. Breakfast was good and rich, I only missed fruit juices (e.g. orange or berry juices), which are usually served in a hotel of this class (only water and over-sweetened home-made lemonade were offered as drinks beside tee/ coffee). The breakfast is offered on the rooftop of the adjacent builiding with nice 360° city views. There is an elevator to the breakfast etage, however you have to find it first (it is a little bit hidden).

Located conveniently in Old Batumi, the hotel was minutes away from the port, the Europe Plaza, the Batumi Boulevard, and other sights, and made it very easy to reach the sites we wanted to visit. Breakfast is simple, but diverse. Family room we stayed in was super spacious and lovely! Staff allowed a late check-out, which is much appreciated!

Nice location and felt more traditional than the other high rise options available . Rooms were huge and beds comfortable. They helped us solve an issue with the taxi driver (use Bolt or get the hotel to arrange it instead).

We couldn’t have breakfast because it started at 9am. They probably should have said on arrival.
