The hotel was right in the middle of the old town, not too far from the beach with plenty of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and kind and made me feel very welcome at the hotel. I felt safe and secure and the breakfast provided was pretty good.

There was a bit of a weird smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. The phone in my room rang a few times but no one was on the line, I could also hear it in other rooms. The fire alarm also went off quite a lot.

Omar!! His attention to detail and genuine desire to make our stay a memorable one was fantastic!! Nothing was a problem and he made our stay in Batumi a wonderful experience. The hotel was in a great location to everything we wanted to see within walking distance. The view from my room was spectacular and the room had everything to make my stay relaxing after a big day walking around the city. It was so comfortable to come home to, shower and head out to watch the city lights and fun vibe and then have a great sleep in the very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious up stairs and I had the best coffee served while I’ve been in Georgia. All the staff were very friendly. Omar also organised our transport to our next destination in Mestia with a wonderful young man called Iveri as our driver. He was conscious of driving safely and got us there in his clean and comfortable car. I will be recommending Hotel Old Town to all my friends and look forward to coming back to stay again.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The hotel is very well located for those interested in the old town (hence the name). The rooms are spacious, mine had a nice little balcony as well. The hotel has gorgeous roof terrace, don't miss it! The breakfast is excellent, and yes you can take it on the roof terrace. Best of all, the service is really helpful - George helped arrange some of my car trips, and one evening as I came back into the hotel the owner of the place was having drinks with some friends and invited us to join them. Very friendly atmosphere and a great intro to Batumi!

Staying in this hotel was one of the most memorable moments of my tour of Georgia! That was what true Georgian hospitality is. The owner was so welcoming that offered us the breakfast, basically not included in the price. And, mind-blowing - at the roof top of the hotel! I could use my drone to take pictures of Batumi! Otherwise the hotel is just perfect: clean, spacious, well situated in the historic narrow street, all staff, not only the owner, is very welcoming! Now I cannot stay in any other hotel in Batumi! Thanks for all, keep doing the same way!

It is a good hotel, the staff is very good, so kindly and nice people. l love them. they give you chacha and wine at breakfast. when the raining the room smells bad but staff is so kind, lt will be not problem

The breakfast was supposed to be given to me for free But the hotel didn't serve the breakfast they said the serve breakfast in summer only I don't whose fault was it ?
