The hotel was right in the middle of the old town, not too far from the beach with plenty of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and kind and made me feel very welcome at the hotel. I felt safe and secure and the breakfast provided was pretty good.

There was a bit of a weird smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. The phone in my room rang a few times but no one was on the line, I could also hear it in other rooms. The fire alarm also went off quite a lot.

We like the room it was bigger room. Lots of windows. The staff are very friendly from the reception and to the restaurant. The restaurant view is amazing it is in the top floor so you will see the view of Batumi during the breakfast time. Omar in the reception is very helpful he was helping us to print my wife documents for free. The hotel location is perfect for everything in walking distance around Batumi. I highly recommend this hotel. And looking forward to stay there again in our future trip to Batumi.

Since the hotel is in busy alley, I guess it is normal to hear some noise from outside at midnight. But, also we are in the second floor. An d the hotel have Arabic restaurant in the first floor. Everything is convinient.

Omar!! His attention to detail and genuine desire to make our stay a memorable one was fantastic!! Nothing was a problem and he made our stay in Batumi a wonderful experience. The hotel was in a great location to everything we wanted to see within walking distance. The view from my room was spectacular and the room had everything to make my stay relaxing after a big day walking around the city. It was so comfortable to come home to, shower and head out to watch the city lights and fun vibe and then have a great sleep in the very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious up stairs and I had the best coffee served while I’ve been in Georgia. All the staff were very friendly. Omar also organised our transport to our next destination in Mestia with a wonderful young man called Iveri as our driver. He was conscious of driving safely and got us there in his clean and comfortable car. I will be recommending Hotel Old Town to all my friends and look forward to coming back to stay again.

Perfect location in old town! Good aircondition. Hospitable place with nice staff and manager being all over all the time to make sure we were happy. Very tasty breakfast! Compliments to the chefs!

All in all great, if anything to fix it would be more atmospheric light in the rooms, the rooms were nice but very strong light, guess this is a matter of taste. All in all would recommemd the place!

The hotel is very well located for those interested in the old town (hence the name). The rooms are spacious, mine had a nice little balcony as well. The hotel has gorgeous roof terrace, don't miss it! The breakfast is excellent, and yes you can take it on the roof terrace. Best of all, the service is really helpful - George helped arrange some of my car trips, and one evening as I came back into the hotel the owner of the place was having drinks with some friends and invited us to join them. Very friendly atmosphere and a great intro to Batumi!

The people working there are very friendly to the guests. The breakfast offered there are rich and tastes good. I like the wine and main dishes of the breakfast session. The location is extremely awesome! So close to the coast line that you can go to Black Sea for swimming. Located in the old town so that you can take an easy citywalk! My room has a good day and night view of the old town.

The hotel is a complete family business, they are very interested. We went for our anniversary and they hosted us really well. When we went out to the terrace in the morning for breakfast, they offer a variety of wines and a wonderful cognac that I was surprised and I drank these two with pleasure every morning. The hotel is very clean and very close to everywhere, I thank them, if I come to Batumi, I will not look for another place.

There’s a reason you’re asked to pay at the property, they want cash and are VERY reluctant to accept a credit card. If that’s because credit card companies take a small commission then they should adjust their prices accordingly. I suspect it’s for another reason.
